11. Faculty of Business and Management Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) Project 2015

Headed by the Dean of Faculty of Business and Management, we successfully developed

the faculty BOS blueprint which is in-line with UiTM transformation plan and Ministry of

Higher Education Blueprint.

12. Nurture Global Talent (University-Industry Project) 2014

Together with the Deputy Dean (Research & Industry Linkages) we secured RM100,000

financial contribution from Khazanah Nasional to finance 4 series of our Nurture Global

Talent projects. The objectives of the projects include exposing our students to corporate

environment and developing their entrepreneurial skills. We managed to conclude the deal

in less than 2 months.


13. Content Developer and Instructor for Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) –

Entrepreneurship, 2014. This is a national project under the Ministry of Higher Education,

Malaysia.

14. Module Developer and Facilitator for Post Graduate Training in Innovation &

Entrepreneurship Exploration, 2014. This is a national project coordinated by MASMED,

UiTM.

15. Content Developer and Facilitator for Open Education Resource (OER) 2014

I developed and facilitated the Managerial Accounting (ACC720) course at MBA program

for Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School. This project was coordinated by iLearn, UiTM.

16. Global Economic Symposium (GES) 2014

I was actively involved in Business Matching Committee for GES 2014. The business

matching session included 8 anchor companies and 26 SMEs. 66 business meetings have

taken place and the event managed to generate potential revenue amounting to RM16.75

million.

17. UiTM Most Entrepreneurial Faculty Award 2013

Faculty of Business Management (FBM) has been awarded as UiTM Most Entrepreneurial

Faculty 2013 in the category of Innovative Entrepreneurial Teaching & Learning. As the

Chairman of Nadi Keusahawanan Committee, I was entrusted by the faculty top

management to lead the committee for this competition and to set-up an Entrepreneurship

Center. Besides that, we have also developed a 5-year Entrepreneurship Blueprint (2013-

2018) in May 2013.

Career Objectives and Personal Goals

To continuously seek challenging roles in UiTM or other higher education institutions,

where I can perform beyond ordinary boundaries. My academic qualifications,

industry experiences at senior management level and various exposures in UiTM

have contributed towards my extraordinary performances. Moreover, my affiliations

with professional bodies provide impactful contributions to the growth and strength of

UiTM. Ultimately, my goal is to become a professor in entrepreneurship and

management accounting and contribute positively towards the development of new

knowledge in entrepreneurship, management accounting and related areas. I am also

capable of managing business entity in public universities. I am able to provide inputs

that can be utilized significantly by the industry in achieving our country’s

entrepreneurship and innovation agenda.
