    LI NI U

    Ngy nay trong cc lnh vc sn xut ca nn kinh t quc dn, c kh ha c lin quan cht ch n in kh ha v t ng ha. Hai yu t sau cho php n gin kt cu c kh ca my sn xut, tng nng sut lao ng, nng cao cht lng k thut ca qu trnh sn xut v gim nh cng lao ng.

    Vic tng nng sut my v gim gi thnh thit b in cu my l hai yu cu ch yu i vi h thng truyn ng in v t ng ha nhng chng mu thun nhau. Mt bn i hi s dng cc h thng phc tp, mt bn li yu cu hn ch s lng thit b chung trn my v s thit b cao cp. Vy vic la chn mt h thng truyn ng in v t ng ha thch hp cho my l mt bi ton kh.

    Qua thi gian hc tp v tm hiu, em thc hin mt ti nh: Thit k h truyn ng bin tn ng c khng ng b c cu quay chi tit my mi trn di s hng dn tn tnh ca ThS. Nguyn Th Lin Anh, b mn T ng ha Cng nghip, Vin in, trng i hc Bch Khoa H Ni.

    Trong mt thi gian tng i ngn do vy n ny chc chn khng trnh khi nhng thiu st, vi s n lc ca bn thn, em rt mong nhn c kin ng gp ca cc thy c bn n ny hon thin hn!

    YU CU CNG NGH V TRUYN NG

    1.1.TNG QUAN V MY MI.

    Trong sn xut c kh cng nh trong cc lnh vc sn xut khc sn phm to ra giai on cui cng ca mt qu trnh sn xut, tuy nhin to ra sn phm cui cng cn phi tin hnh qua rt nhiu khu, t ch l nguyn vt liu cho n sn phm thng c tin hnh lin tc theo mt quy trnh cng ngh no hnh thnh mt h thng gi l dy chuyn sn xut, ty theo mc phc tp ca sn phm m dy chuyn sn xut cng c phc tp tng ng. Trong sn xut c kh th mi thuc giai on gia cng chi tit to ra mt sn phm c b mt t yu cu v k thut. My mi gia cng tinh vi lng d b, b mt trc khi mi c gia cng th hoc tinh trn cc my khc ( nh my tin, phay, bo... ) cng nh cc loi my chuyn mi th dng trong phn xng chun b phi vi lng d hng mm ( mi cc phi thp c, v hp gang c... ).

    Trn my mi ta c th mi c cc mt tr ngoi, trong, mt cn, mt nh hnh, mi rng, ren, mi sc. Mi ng vai tr quan trng trong gia cng ln cui nn c dng rng ri trong cc nh my v phn xng c kh.

    Hin nay my mi c hai loi chnh : My mi trn v my mi phng. Ngoi ra cn c cc my khc nhau : my mi v tm, my mi rnh, my mi ct, my mi rang v.v. Thng trn my mi c chi tit hoc bn, trn kp chi tit v mi, trn c trc chnh vi mi. C hai u t trn b my. S sau cho ta mt m hnh tng quan v my mi.

    My mi trn c hai loi : my mi trn ngoi ( hnh 1-1a) v my mi trn trong ( hnh 1-1b). Trn my mi trn chuyn ng chnh l chuyn ng quay ca mi ; chuyn ng n dao l di chuyn tnh tin ca dc trc (n do dc trc) hoc di chuyn tnh tin theo hng ngang trc (n dao ngang) hoc chuyn ng quay ca chi tit (n dao vng). Chuyn ng ph l di chuyn nhanh hoc chi tit v.v

    My mi phng c hai loi : mi bng bin ( hnh 1-1c) v mt u ( hnh 1-1d). Chi tit c kp trn bn trn hoc ch nht. my mi bng bin , mi quay trn v chuyn ng tnh tin ngang so vi chi tit, bn my mang chi tit chuyn ng tnh tin qua li.     1.2. C IM TRUYN NG CA MY MI.

    Mt c im quan trng trong h thng my mi l h thng thc hin nhiu truyn ng cng mt lc v c hai loi chuyn ng ch yu : Chuyn ng c bn v chuyn ng ph.

    Chuyn ng c bn l s di chuyn tng i ca dao ct so vi phi m bo qu trnh ct gt. Chuyn ng ny li chia ra : chuyn ng chnh v chuyn ng n dao. - Chuyn ng chnh ( chuyn ng lm vic ) l chuyn ng a dao ct n

    vo chi tit. - Chuyn ng n dao l chuyn ng x dch ca li dao hoc phi to ra

    mt lp phoi mi.

    Chuyn ng ph l nhng chuyn ng khng lin quan trc tip n qu trnh ct gt, chng cn thit khi chun b gia cng, hiu chnh my, v.v V d : di chuyn thanh dao hoc phi

    1.2.1. Truyn ng chnh.

    2.2.TNH CHN NG C.

    Trong mt h thng truyn ng th thnh phn quan trng nht l ng c truyn ng, n l ngun ng lc cho h thng, cht lng lm vic ca h thng c v mt kinh t c k thut ph thuc rt mnh m vo ng c c chn truyn ng v nhiu khi n cn nh hng n s hot ng chung ca cc h thng khc. ng c c chn phi yu cu p ng c cc ch tiu k thut sau:
