4.H THNG SN XUT JITK THUT KANBAN Kanban l mt h thng thng tin nhm kim sot s lng linh kin hay sn phm trong tng quy trnh sn xut. Mang ngha mt nhn hay mt bng hiu, mi kanban c gn vi mi hp linh kin qua tng cng on lp rp. Mi cng nhn ca cng on ny nhn linh kin t cng on trc phi li 1 Kanban nh du vic chuyn giao s lng linh kin c th. Sau khi c in y t tt c cc cng on trong dy truyn sn xut, mt Kanban tng t s c gi ngc li va lu bn ghi cng vic hon tt, va yu cu linh kin mi. - Th t (production-ordering): chi tit v chng loi v slng sn phm m quy trnh sau phi sn xut.

Kanban vn chuyn (transport kanban): y l loi dng thng bo cho cng on trc cn chuyn chi tit, sn phm cho cng on sau. Kanban sn xut (production kanban): y l loi dng bo cho dy chuyn sn xut cn sn xut chi tit, sn phm b vo lng hng giao i. Kanban cung ng (supplier kanban): y l loi dng thng bo cho nh cung cp bit cn phi giao hng Kanban tm thi (temporary kanban): kanban c pht hnh c thi hn trong cc trng hp b thiu hng; Kanban tn hiu (signal kanban): l loi dng thng bo k hoch cho cc cng on sn xut theo l.

4.H THNG SN XUT JITCN BNG SN XUT Gi tc sn xut mc n nh nht c th, n l mt phng php nhm gip qu trnh sn xut thch ng c vi nhu cu thay i.
