Our latest innovation in employer engagement the Education BusinessExchange is a Careers Wales facilitated database giving schools the freedomand confidence to develop exciting employer supported curriculum enhancingprogrammes for their learners Initially we will invite schools to take part in a pilot where we will train schoolteams to use the database and to provide us with feedback Over the next three years our aim is to provide all schools with the ability to seehow a wide range of local and national employers are prepared to support theirlearners both at employer premises and in their schools The Education Business Exchange is set to become a must have tool for all thevisionary and ambitious teachers in Wales who are committed to always gettingthe very best for and from their learners

Our latest innovation in employer engagement the Education BusinessExchange is a Careers Wales facilitated database giving schools the freedomand confidence to develop exciting employer supported curriculum enhancingprogrammes for their learners Initially we will invite schools to take part in a pilot where we will train schoolteams to use the database and to provide us with feedback Over the next three years our aim is to provide all schools with the ability to seehow a wide range of local and national employers are prepared to support theirlearners both at employer premises and in their schools The Education Business Exchange is set to become a must have tool for all thevisionary and ambitious teachers in Wales who are committed to always gettingthe very best for and from their learners
