cam, qut, chanh, du, bn bon, khm,... BSCL l vng t thp,
hng nm c ma nc ni, b ng ngp vo ma ma, do vy
mun trng cy n qu phi o mng ln lip. o mng l
thot nc trong ma ma v dn nc ti vo ma kh, cn ln
lip l nng cao tng t mt v lm dy tng canh tc (Hnh 1).
Khi ln lip, tng t phn su c a ln lm lip, cng vi
iu kin kh hu nng m, ma nhiu ca vng nhit i v mt
t lip cao lm cho t trng cy n qu BSCL c nhng
biu hin sau:

cho yu cu sn xut tri cy hng ha, c cht lng v nng sut
cao.
1. Bn vi cho cy n qu
t vn canh tc BSCL phn ln u b chua, can-xi,
ma-gi v ln hu dng thp, hm lng st v nhm t do li cao
(Khoi v Tri, 2003; V Th Gng v ctv., 2004) bi v hu ht t
BSCL u c tng phn hay tng sinh phn nm di su, nn
khi o mng ln lip, nh vn a tng ny ln lm t canh
tc. Ngoi ra, a hnh cao ca t lip lm cho dng cht theo
nc trc di xung su, nht l cc nguyn t nh Ca, Mg, K nn
lm gim bo ha base, chnh v vy t lip vn cy n qu
BSCL u b chua (Nguyn Bo V v L Thanh Phong, 2011).

ca cy trng gim. Bn vi l mt trong nhng bin php hu hiu
ngn chn tin trnh suy thoi ny, gim ng c st, nhm v
mngan cho cy trng, phc hi cu trc t lm t thng thong,
thm nc tt.
Bn vi trn t lip cn cung cp can-xi cho cy n qu.
Can-xi l mt dng cht trung lng nn cy trng cn nhiu can-
xi lm vng chc vch t bo. Khi thiu can-xi cy yu t d
ng, d b su bnh tn cng, tri hay b nt; khi thiu trm trng
t l non bin dng, qun queo ri cht kh. Ngoi ra, can-xi cn
gip cy trng gii c, tng kh nng chng chu vi iu kin bt
li ca nng nng, mn v phn (Nguyn Bo V v Nguyn Huy
Ti, 2010). Can-xi c cy hp th qua tin trnh ht nc, ng
thi can-xi khng chuyn v trong cy nn cy cn hp thu can-xi
trong sut qu trnh sinh trng. Ngoi tc dng ci to t v cung
cp can-xi cho cy, vi cn kh c tc hi ca mn, c ch s
pht trin ca nm bnh trong t v pht huy hiu lc ca phn
hu c, phn v c v thuc dit c.
Liu lng vi bn cho cy n qu nhiu t ty thuc vo
chua ca t v tui ca lip, t chua nhiu v lu nm bn nhiu
hn. Trung bnh hng nm nn bn 500 kg/ha vi cho t lip trng
nhn vng t ph sa gn sng (Nguyn Bo V, 2012) hoc 2 nm
bn mt ln cho t lip trng qut ng vi liu lng 1 tn/ha
trn vng t phn xa sng (Trn Hunh Nguyn Huy, 2011; Chu
Kim Thoa, 2012) cho thy cy pht trin tt hn. Vi c bn vo
u ma ma, bng cch ri u trn mt lip, xi nh cho vi trn
u vo lp t mt. Cn hiu r tc dng ca tng dng vi trc
khi s dng: (a) Bt vi (CaCO3): c lm ra bng cch nghin
mn vi; Loi ny tc dng chm, thng t 2-6 thng sau khi
bn ty theo mn ca bt ; (b) Vi nung (CaO): c to ra
bng cch nung vi trong l nung nh lm gch nhit
khong 900-1.0000C; Loi ny tc dng mnh v nhanh nht nhng
d gy bng khi gp nc; (c) Vi ti (Ca(OH)2): c to ra bng
cch ti ln vi nung mt lng nc gn bng khi lng ca n,

lc vi t ra thnh bt, sinh nhit (khong 1500C) v bc hi;
Dng vi ny tc dng kh nhanh.
2. Bn phn hu c cho cy n qu
Nghin cu ca V Th Gng v ctv. (2004) trn nhiu
vn trng cy cam qut c tui lip khc nhau cho thy cc lip
vn trn 20 nm tui c pH t thp, hm lng cht hu c rt
thp, N tng s ngho, N hu c d phn hy, N hu dng, cation
trao i nh Mg, Ca v bo ha base u rt thp so vi cc lip
vn 7 nm tui. Mt s nm v vi khun gim thp trong cc lip
vn 20 nm tui cng cho thy hm lng cht hu c trong t
b suy gim. S ngho kit cht hu c trong t s lm cho s sinh
trng v pht trin ca cy trng b gii hn, iu ny dn n
nng sut km.
Cht mn hu c trong t nh hng n s sinh trng v
nng sut ca cy trng thng qua cc c tnh l, ha v sinh ca
t nh: (a) Cung cp m, ln, lu hunh v cc vi lng mt
cch t t cho cy; (b) Tch tr dng cht t phn ha hc. Vai tr
ny rt quan trng, gip hn ch vic mt phn sau khi bn v nu
khng chng b bc hi hoc ra tri. Nhng cht dinh dng c
gi li sau c phng thch cho cy hp th khi cn thit; (c)
Ci thin cu trc ca t, lm t c nhiu l rng hn v th t
tr nn thng thong, gip s di chuyn ca nc trong t d dng,
gi c nhiu nc hn; (d) Lm tng mt vi sinh vt trong t,
bao gm c vi sinh vt c li. Ngoi ra, mn cn c vai tr kch
thch cho cy trng pht trin. c tnh ny l do s hin din ca
nhng cht c chc nng nh cht iu ha sinh trng thc vt c
trong mn hu c, c hot tnh tng t nh IAA, gibberillin,
cytokinin, hoc l nhng cht ngn cn s phn hy auxin.
BSCL c nhiu ngun cung cp phn hu c m b con
nng dn c th s dng d dng nh: rm r (trn 25 triu
tn/nm), b bn v b ma (trn 120 ngn tn b bn v trn 1,2
triu tn b ma/nm), phn chung,... Phn hu c c bn vo
u ma nng trnh s cnh tranh oxy gia vi sinh vt phn hy
hu c v r cy n qu. Liu lng phn hu c bn cho cy n
qu ty thuc vo loi phn, loi cy v c tnh ca t, thng
thng nn bn t 10-20 tn. Trc khi bn, dng cuc rng xi

nh mt lip gi phn hu c (nu t lip khng c c). Nn
bn phn hu c bn phn hy c ti thm nm Trichoderma
c ch s pht trin ca nm bnh trong t. H Vn Thit (2006)
nhn thy bn phn hu c c tc dng tch cc v mt sinh trng
ca cy trng, t l pht trin ca r rt nhanh, r nht l vn
chm chm (tnh Bn Tre) khi bn phn hu c cn b sung nm
Trichoderma. Ngoi ra, vic bn phn hu c c b sung nm
Trichoderma gip vn su ring gim t l bnh Phythopthora rt
tt, khc bit ngha so vi i chng, nng sut qu su ring gia
tng v cht lng qu c ci thin. Kt qu th nghim ca Lm
Phc Hi (2012) trn qut ng tnh Hu Giang cho thy
nghim thc c bn b bn+b ma (t l 3:1) kt hp vi nm
Trichoderma mang li hiu qu kinh t cao hn so vi i chng
khng bn. Mc d nghim thc i chng khng phi tn chi
ph mua b bn, b ma, nm Trichoderma, cng vn chuyn v
cng bn nhng c li nhun thp hn nghim thc c bn 30
tn/ha b bn+b ma l 67.180 ng/cy. Th nghim ny c
tip tc theo di qua nm th hai nh gi nh hng lu tn
ca b bn+b ma, v kt qu cho thy b bn+b ma vn cn tc
dng tt trn cy qut ng n nm th hai (o Th Hng
Giang, 2012).
3. Bn bn mng cho cy n qu
V mt dinh dng m ni th li th trong canh tc cy n
qu trn t lip BSCL l mng vn c cha mt lng bn
rt ng k. Bn y mng cha nhiu xc b hu c v ph sa c
nhiu dng cht c th s dng bn cho t lip. Xc b thc
vt l cnh l ca cy tri v c di trn lip ra tri xung mng
do ma hay ti nc. Cn ph sa t sng rch theo nc ti i
vo mng vn; Hm lng dng cht c trong ph sa kh nhiu
nh: 0,1% N; 0,1% P2O5; 3,9% K2O; 0,57% CaO; 1, 72% MgO;
63,5% SiO2, 13,53% Al2O3; 5,64% Fe2O3; 0,09% MnO. Lng ph
sa c nhiu nht l vo u ma nc ni. ph sa vo mng
vn c nhiu phi thit k vn c 2 cng bng t 2 u
vn, mt t u ngun nc ly nc vo v mt cui
ngun thot nc ra.
Bn bn y mng cho lip cy n qu c thc hin
trong ma nng, mt n 2 nm/ln ty thuc vo lng bn c

y mng. Sau khi rt nc cn mng vn, bn y mng
c a ln lip bng gu hay my bm bn lm thnh mt lp
mng khong 2-3 phn u trn mt lip (Hnh 2). Khng bi qu
dy hay bi trong ma ma d lm cho t thiu oxy. Ch ly phn
t bn nho y mng a ln lip m thi, khng chm n
tng t cng y mng, v thng tng t ny c cha vt liu
sinh phn, khi a lp t ny ln lip gp khng kh s oxy ha
thnh phn hot ng hi r.

4. Bn phn ha hc cho cy n qu
Trong iu kin trng cy thm canh, c nng sut v
cht lng cao, cy n qu cn phi c bn phn ha hc mi
p ng nhu cu dinh dng cho cy. Bn phn ha hc cho cy
n qu ty thuc vo cc yu t sau y:
- Loi cy v tui cy: Khi cy bt u c qu, lng phn bn tng dn khong 5-10%/nm n khi cy cho qu n nh.
- Ty thuc vo nng sut v trc: Trng ma bn phn nhiu hn bnh thng
- Loi t: t phn cn c cung cp nhiu hn P, Ca. Mg, nhng khng cn bn thm lu hunh; t mn cn bn nhiu hn
K, N, Ca; t nhiu ct cn bn nhiu K, Ca, Mg; t ph sa c
cn b sung tt c cc cht dinh dng; t nhiu hu c cn bn
nhiu Cu, Zn.

- Theo giai on sinh trng ca cy: (a) Sau khi thu hoch qu; (b) trc khi ra hoa; (c) sau khi u qu v qu pht trin.
4.1. Bn phn ha hc cho cy cn t
Cy t cn c bn phn thng xuyn ra t non lin
tc, to khung tn ln, mau thun thc, cho qu sm. Mi nm c
th bn t 4-6 ln phn. Dng cht N, P, v K c bn theo t l
3:2:1 bng cch trn 3 phn ur + 3 phn DAP + 1 phn KCl, hoc
s dng phn u Tru TE+Agrotain hay NPK u Tru 20-20-
15+TE vi liu lng t 50-200 g/cy/ln bn ty theo loi cy v
tui cy.
4.2. Bn phn ha hc cho cy trng thnh
* Bn phn ha hc giai on sau khi thu hoch qu.
Bn phn giai on ny l cy phc sc, nui cnh l
mi chun b cho v tip theo. Ngay sau khi thu hoch, cn ct ta
kch thch cy ra chi mi mp, khe, tp trung, tn cy thng
thong nhn y nh sng v gi, cy t su bnh. Do , sau mi
k thu hoch qu gip cy ra t mi chun b cho v sau, cn
phi ct ta nhng cnh ra qu, cnh khng ra hoa v trc, cnh
m yu, cnh vt trong tn, cnh b su bnh. ng thi ta cnh
kt hp vi sa tn khi cnh qu di v tn cy qu ln. Khong vi
nm nn ct sa tn mt ln, ct b ti a 25% s cnh trong tn.
Dng ko ct ta nhng cnh nh, dng ca ct nhng cnh ln.
Sau khi ct ta, xi t thnh bng xung quanh gc theo hnh
chiu ca tn, rng khong 50 cm v su khong 10 cm. Nu lip
trng hai hng cy v cy gip tn th xi mt bng di ngay
gia lip v nhng bng xng c gia 2 cy trn hng. Tin hnh
bn phn vo nhng bng xi. Ba dng cht a lng N, P v
K bn cho cy giai on ny c t l N cao nht (2:1,5:1) bng cch
trn 2 phn ur + 2 phn DAP + 1 phn KCl, hoc bn phn u
Tru AT1 vi liu lng t 2-3 kg/cy ty theo tui v loi cy.
Sau khi bn phn phi ti nc thng xuyn cy ra t non.
* Bn phn ha hc giai on trc khi ra hoa
Khong 1-2 thng trc khi cy ra hoa tin hnh bn phn
ln th 2, nhm mc ch nhng l ang pht trin mau trng
thnh, khng cho chi mi mc gy cnh tranh dinh dng v cng

kch thch s phn ha mm hoa. Dng cht N, P v K bn cho
cy giai on ny c t l P cao nht (c t l 1:3:2) bng cch trn
2 phn DAP + 1 phn KCl; hoc bn phn u Tru AT2 vi
liu lng t 1-2 kg/cy ty theo tui v loi cy. Sau khi bn phn
phi ti m kch thch cho cy phn ha mm hoa.
* Bn phn ha hc giai on u qu v qu pht trin
Bn phn giai on u qu l nhm hn ch rng qu non,
cn bn phn lc qu pht trin l gia tng kch thc v cht
lng qu, v y l giai on qu tch ly cht dinh dng. Dng
cht N, P v K bn cho cy giai on ny c t l K cao nht (t
l 1:1:1,5) bng cch trn 1 phn ur + 2 phn DAP + 2 phn KCl,
hoc bn phn u Tru AT3 vi liu lng t 2-3 kg/cy. Kali
l cht ca cht lng, bn nhiu kali l tng cng s chuyn
vn sn phm quang hp t l vo qu.
5. Bn phn cho mt s loi cy n qu BSCL
5.1. Bn phn cho cy c mi
* Giai on cy cn t. Liu lng phn bn cho cy c mi cn t
c trnh by trong Bng 1. Phn NPK u Tru 20-20-15+TE
c chia u ra lm 4 ln bn, bn theo hnh chiu ca tn cy.
Phn hu c bn mt ln vo u ma ma, bn theo mp ngoi
ca m cng lc vi bi m. Phn vi nung c bn mt ln
vo u ma ma, phn c ri u trn lp.

5.2. Bn phn cho cy xoi
Phn bn l yu t quan trng nh hng n vic cho qu
cch nm ca xoi. Sau nm t nng sut cao (nm trng), nu
thiu phn bn v ti nc trong ma kh, xoi s ra hoa t v
rng nhiu vo nm sau (nm tht ma). Lng phn bn ty theo
tui cy, t ai v tnh trng sinh trng ca cy. Thng thng
c th bn phn nh sau:
* Thi k cy t (3 nm u). Liu lng phn bn cho cy xoi
cn t c trnh by trong Bng 3. Phn u Tru TE +
Agrotain c chia u ra lm 4 ln bn, bn theo hnh chiu ca
tn cy. Phn hu c bn mt ln vo u ma ma v bn mp
ngoi ca m cng vi thi im lc vi bi m. Phn vi nung
c bn mt ln vo u ma ma, phn c ri u ln lip.

5.3. Bn phn cho cy nhn
* Thi k cy t (3 nm u). Liu lng phn bn cho cy nhn
cn t cha cho qu c trnh by trong Bng 5. Phn NPK u
Tru 20-20-15 + TE c chia u ra lm 4 ln bn. Xi t xung
quanh m t hnh chiu ca tn cy bn phn, sau lp t v
ti nc cho phn tan, nhng khng ti d tha lm nc
chy trn mt phn. Phn hu c bn mt ln vo u ma ma,
bn mp ngoi ca m cng lc vi bi m. Phn vi nung c
bn mt ln vo u ma ma v c ri u ln lip.

5.4. Bn phn cho cy khm (nhm Queen)
Bn phn cho khm cn tun th nguyn tc sau (L Thanh
Phong v ctv., 2002):
- Bn nhiu ln thng xuyn tha mn nhu cu ca cy: V t bn 4 ln/v, cn v gc bn 3 ln/v.

- Bn cn i cc cht dinh dng qu c phm cht tt v t nng sut cao: Bn ng b m, ln, kali v can-xi.
- Bn lng dng cht, nht l trn t ngho dinh dng: BSCL bn 8 g N + 6 g P2O5 + 12 g K2O + 3 g CaO/cy/v.
