La gráfica de tendencias presenta lac a n t i d a d d e n o v e d a d e srecolectadas en cada proceso demonitoreo de la Plataforma TIC,diferenciada por categoría/tipo deinformación, en el transcurso de unaño. En este sentido, la gráficas igu iente muest ra que ent renoviembre de 2015 y octubre de2016, la categoría más activa en elSector TIC-Salud corresponde arevistas con más de 100 novedadesmensua les y un impor tan teincremento a partir de junio de2016.

El análisis de grupos temáticos (Clúster) permiten determinar elénfasis o las relaciones internas que no son obvias, así desde loscontenidos textuales es posible trabajar con un vocabulario quevisualice las de mayor frecuencia.

En términos de las TICs aplicadas al sector salud, se apreciamayoritariamente la presencia de novedades vinculadas a métodosy sistemas médicos, donde destacan métodos para identificar otratar enfermedades y especialmente, los sistemas de monitoreo ydiagnóstico de pacientes. En este último caso, luego de unarevisión más detallada de la información es posible identificarconceptos vinculados a telemedicina (https://goo.gl/y4hCww) ymHealth (https://goo.gl/oioz6Z), entre otros que van en línea con latendencia de incorporar las Tecnologías de la Información y laComunicación (TICs) como herramienta en el entorno sanitario(eSalud), apostando a una mejora en la seguridad, calidad ydisponibilidad de servicios de salud para los pacientes.

However, nearly all existing portable ECGmonitoring systems cannot work without a mobile application, which is responsible for data collection anddisplay.

Methods In total, 212 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomlyassigned to 2 groups. Data from the intervention group were automatically transmitted through a glucometer;furthermore, this group received information regarding medicines, diet, exercise, and other managementthrough U-healthcare. The control group received conventional medical treatment without any additionalintervention.

In embodiments, an emergency external defibrillator system is configuredfor use by a local rescuer in cooperation with a remote rescuer to assist apatient. The external defibrillator system includes a sensor to generate apatient value that represents a physiological parameter of the patient. Thesystem also includes a communication module to transmit the patient valueto another device of a remote rescuer, and to receive in response anincoming message that contains an encoded discharge instruction. Thesystem also includes a processor that can decode the dischargeinstruction, and cause the system to defibrillate or pace the patient.
