Corporation IntroductionCorporation IntroductionQUALITY CONTROL:The Quality Control System was conceptualized, planned and implemented at BONLE site with purpose of organizing all activities related to the Quality Control Department, assuring all our production under the standard procedures established in its planning stages.
In terms of production, the Quality Control System is composed of:
The Chemical Ceramics Laboratory.
The Production Quality Department.
The Electro-Mechanical Laboratory.
The Chemical Ceramics Laboratory oversees the incoming raw materials, their treatment and the preparation of the ceramics bodies.
The Production Quality Department has the primary responsibility of controlling the entire manufacturing process quality, up to the point where the material leaves the kilns and its checked and forwarded for final testing.
The Electro-Mechanical Laboratory is in charge of providing final tests of the dielectric and of completeinsulators with eventual hardware. The laboratory is equipped to perform tests according to ANSI, IECBS, AS and other international standards.
