    Broj izdatih odobrenja za graenje u etvrtom tromjeseju 2014. godine u odnosu na prosjean broj izdatih odobrenja za graenje u 2013. Godini je ostao nepromijenjen, a takoe u odnosu na etvrto tromjeseje 2013. godine je ostao nepromijenjen.

  • METODOLOKA OBJANJENJA

    NOTES ON METHODOLOGY

    Sources, data collection methods and coverage Data given in this Release were obtained through the Monthly report on building permits issued (M KPS GRA-OG). This report is submitted by reporting units (administrative bodies and units of local self-government) that are responsible for issuing building permits. Data on building permits issued shows future movements of construction activities and enables the overview of structure of investments on the state level as well as on local self-government level. Comparability Constructions and works are classified in accordance with the Classification of Types of Constructions in BH (KVGO BH) which is harmonised with the EU Classification of Types of Constructions (The Classification of Types of Construction - CC, final version, Eurostat 1997). Definitions Constructions are structures connected with the ground, for which construction works are carried out and which are made of construction materials and ready-made components. Buildings are permanent constructions covered with roof and closed with outer walls. They are built as separate useful units that protect from weather and other external conditions, intended for dwelling, for performing a certain activity or for placing and up-keeping of animals, goods, equipment used in various industrial activities and services etc. Useful floor area of dwelling is the floor area of the dwelling, measured inside the dwelling walls. Residential buildings are constructions in which 50% or more of the useful floor area is intended for dwelling purposes. Non-residential buildings are construction without dwelling area or those in which less than 50% of the overall useful floor area is intended for dwelling purposes. Dwelling is any construction unit intended for dwelling purposes, consisting of one or more rooms with adequate auxiliary spaces (such as kitchen, bathroom, lobby, pantry etc.) or without auxiliary spaces and with one or more separate entrances. Room is a space intended for dwelling purposes, separated from the rest of the dwelling by permanent walls, having direct daylight and at least 4 square metres of floor area. New building involves constructing of new building on the place where previously there was no building or is subsequently removed. Upgrade/Extension represents the type of construction works that would create new occupancy unit as addition to the existing buildings or inside the existing buildings. Renovation of dilapidated buildings involves construction works that is completely renewed at least one dwelling or other premises in the building while preserving the essential parts of an existing structure or the exterior facade of the building preserved. Conversion of non-residential space into new dwellings involves construction works used for conversion of space in the building that formerly was not furnished and used for housing Other conversions of space in the buildings covered construction works used for conversion of existing space in the building in business premise or construction works which adapts existing business premise for other business purposes. Other reconstruction are construction works on an existing building or to taking actions in order to establish an appropriate condition of the existing building, which affects the essential characteristics of the building.

    Izvor, metode prikupljanja podataka i obuhvat

    Podaci dati u ovom saopenju dobijeni su na osnovu Mjesenog izvjetaja o izdatim odobrenjima za graenje (MKPS GRA-OG). Ovaj izvjetaj podnose izvjetajne jedinice (organi uprave i jedinice lokalne samoouprave) koje su zaduene za izdavanje odobrenja za graenje.

    Podaci o izdatim graevinskim dozvolama pokazuju budue kretanje graevinske djelatnosti i omoguuju sagledavanje strukture investicija kako na dravnom nivou, tako i na nivou lokalne samouprave.

    Uporedivost

    Razvrstavanje graevinskih objekata i radova izvreno je prema Klasifikaciji vrsta graevinskih objekata u BiH (KVGO BIH) koja je usklaena sa Klasifikacijom vrsta graevinskih objekata EU (The Classification of Types of Construction CC, final version, Eurostat 1997). Definicije Graevine su objekti povezani sa tlom za koje se obavljaju graevinski radovi, izgraene od graevinskih materijala i proizvoda za ugradnju. Zgrade su stalne graevine koje imaju krov i vanjske zidove, sagraene kao samostalne upotrebne cjeline koje pruaju zatitu od vremenskih i drugih vanjskih uticaja a namjenjene su stanovanju, obavljanju neke djelatnosti ili smjetaju i uvanju ivotinja, robe, opreme, opreme za razliite proizvodne i uslune djelatnosti. Korisna povrina stana je podna povrina stana mjerena unutar zidova stana. Stambene zgrade su objekti u kojima je 50% ili vie ukupne korisne podne povrine namijenjeno za stambene svrhe. Nestambene zgrade su objekti koji nemaju stambenu povrinu ili je manja od 50% ukupne korisne podne povrine zgrade namijenjeno za stambene svrhe. Stan je svaka graevinski povezana cjelina namijenjena za stanovanje, koja se sastoji od jedne ili vie soba sa odgovarajuim pomonim prostorijama (kuhinja, kupatilo, predsoblje, ostava i sl.) ili bez pomonih prostorija i ima jedan ili vie ulaza. Soba je prostorija za stanovanje koja je od drugih prostorija stana odvojena stalnim zidovima i ima direktnu dnevnu svijetlost i ija podna povrina iznosi najmanje 4 m. Novogradnja podrazumjeva gradnju potpuno novog objekta na mjestu gdje prethodno nije postojala graevina ili je predmetni objekat naknadno uklonjen. Dogradnja/nadogradnja predstavlja vrstu graevinskih radova kojima se dobija nova upotrebna cjelina uz postojee graevine ili na postojeim graevinama. Obnavljanje ruevnih zgrada ukljuuje graevinske radove kojima se potpuno obnavlja najmanje jedan stan ili drugi prostori u zgradi uz ouvanje bitnih dijelova postojee konstrukcije ili je sauvano vanjsko proelje zgrade. Prenamjena nestambenog prostora u nove stanove ukljuuje graevinske radove kojima se vri prenamjena prostora u zgradi koji dotad nije bio ureen i koriten za stanovanje. Ostale prenamjene prostora u zgradama obuhvataju graevinske radove kojima se postojei prostor u zgradi prenamjenjuje u poslovni prostor ili se izvode graevinski radovi kojima se postojei poslovni prostor prilagoava za druge poslovne namjene. Ostale rekonstrukcije su graevinski radovi na postojeoj graevini ili poduzimanje mjera radi uspostave primjerenog stanja postojee graevine, kojima se utie na bitna svojstva graevine.
