Water Supply Drain Carbon Filter Brew Kele (Electric) Mash Tun Heat Exchanger (RIMS) Pump 1 Pump 2 Paper Filter Wort Chiller 1. Fill BK with filtered water from supply line (1/2 batch volume). 2. Heat BK to mash in temperature. 3. Transfer HL to MLT. 4. Begin MLT recirculaon, dough-in. 5. Start RIMS PID controlled recirculaon. 6. Fill BK with filtered water from supply line (1/2 batch volume), heat to sparge temp. 7. Aſter extracon (60 min RIMS), begin BK - MLT circulaon unl constant gravity readings in both tanks. 8. Close recirc to MLT, transfer all wort to BK. 9. Bring wort to boil, add hop addions, etc. 10. Transfer wort from BK, through paper whole house filter (remove hot break/hop sediment), then through the wort chiller, and finally into a fermenter. = Valve RIMS \ Brutus Two Kettle System
