Routing of Cable.
Routing of Pipes.
Should be routed through areas oflow risk
Angle of pipe and cable hole should be proper
If Cables are installed less than 2.25m above the
floor should they normally be protected.

Monthly
inspections and issue a certificate after each inspection. It is
normal practice to be cleaned and checked on each monthly visit
so that the entire system has been properly maintained after the
fourth visit.

Inspection and Maintenance
Proper cleaning of Condenser and Evaporator.
Keep the air filters clean
Keep the indoor evaporator & outdoor condensercoils clean
Every yearLubricate Indoor blower motor and outdoor unit fan
motor bearings.
Finally, a record should be kept of all maintenance and repairsmade to the system. It is always helpful to have a history of the
system.
