About us

ABOUT US QUALITY SERVICE

EFT Precision Components was founded in 2009 in

Xiamen, former company was VPS Xiamen by

Stephane Yasar. In just 5 years, the company has

successfully developed new patent and reliable

product, and with the impulsion of VC investment the

company decide to move to Jiangsu Province, Huai’an

to produce Turbo Charger Precision Components and

other Engine, Transmission and Steering Precision

Components.

In 2016, E F T added its feet into assembly andstamping process to provide turn key solutions to itscustomers. EFT has invested 300 000 000 RMB in anew plant and new equipments.

EFT is focus to produce high volumes production with

specialy dedicated machines and processes using

different kind of materials.

EFT is focus to work in partner ship with Customer in

term of process integration and help Clients facing

problem of capacity.

EFT establish important partnership in France, Italy

and Poland, in order to follow customers at their doors

and provide full service. All the partners are ISO TS

certified and Automotive Business Oriented.

EFT Precision Components is providing a full turn key

solution by integrating the surface finish with high

severity and accuracy.

Switzerland.

The standard washing process using modified alcohol

is facilitated by automatic loading of the mesh

crates and indication of the wash cycle according to the

quality plan. For components with a more complex

shape, customised programmes can be set,

including the use of ultrasound. For components

produced using materials subject to oxidation, a

protective product can be automatically selected and

used.

Standard packaging is carried out by an

automatic line which builds the cardboard boxes

and fills them with the items before weighing

them to ensure they do not exceed legal limits for

manual lifting, then labels them and stacks them on

europallets.

Manual packaging differs from this method in

that is is supervised by an operator in order to

protect the items’ finish; the placed method is also

possible, where the operator places the items in

suitable blister packs to prevent damage during

transit.

Washing and Packaging


Receiving raw materials random checks on dimensions of

materials supplied and batch creation for traceability

throughout.

In-line checks checkpoints throughout the production

area: Sylvac and Keyence Vision for measuring external

profile, calibration, altimeters and intermediate testing

linked via web. The standard cycle includes checks every

two hours on all dimensions, while for different

requirements we can carry out statistical analysis through

Xbar-R charts and customized checking cycles.

Laboratory testing mitutoyo optical machines and Zeiss

probe and profilometer to complement magnification and

Zeiss surface indicators for surface testing. Monitoring of

the production is carried out with the aid of QDAS

software, and we guarantee all our clients a PPM level

equal to 2,000.

100% Controls checkpoints for the visual selection and

removal of excess material. 7 Checks on reception of

externally-processed items to ensure functionality

following any external processing.

Random checks random checks on the chemical

composition of the material, using external laboratories.
