CHALLENGES

Badges customer’s order deadline

- We have to run to catch the deadline.

- Face different costs of manufacturing process.

Buying raw materials

- Have to find many different materials

- Some materials are hard to find.

Cooperation

- Sometime fail to cooperate well with the other team for the best solution.

SOLUTION

- Decide to choose another manufacturer in order to catch up the order’s deadline.

- Find from many places to buy raw materials in order to benefit the most for the company.

- Try to make more contact with other Vice President to unified the ideas.

ENSURING SUCCESS

Vice President

- Have to make sure everyone on the team involve in the manufacturing process.

- Decide the work for each team members.

- Maintain the product making process on time.

- Make sure the quality of products for export.

Team

- Receiving the prototype from the R&D team.

- Make many of handmade products

CONTRIBUTION

• Manufacturing team is the main team which directly producing product.

• Keep the schedule of the product before the deadline.

• Help Sales team to sell goods .

• Cooperate with other teams to secure the success of the company.

- Improving idea of final products.

TRAN THAI SONID: 295924• Support my team:

- Order badges at UTA shop and Storm shop ( occasionally)

- Help my team processing the materials

- Put some work in the final stage of the products

- Give some solutions for ordering problems (UTA shop cannot make enough badges on time, or cannot effort our order)
