Register for a new accountusing your personal emailor

Your personal My HKTDC account,including those registered from:

hktdc.com, Online MarketplaceSmall Orders, Fair Registrationse-Badge

You may create a free email from:Gmail.com

Login to your personal My HKTDC account(Each person has to redeem his/her own email & phone for an e-Badge)

Ensure to enter yourFULL Name as shown on your identity document

Fill in all fields on the form Click the Confirm button

If you see below Invalidated e-Badge,tap Add Photo to submit your photo.

Validate your e-Badge by presenting your Passport or Hong Kong Identity Card (other forms of identity documents will not be accepted) in person, at the Badge Validation queueat our Registration Counters. Visitors without validated e-Badge will be denied entry into the fairground.

To beat the crowd, you are encouraged to validate your badge before the shows at our Registration Counters listed below, and redeem a free coffee voucher (while stock lasts).

Q: I forgot my login passwordA: You can click “Forgot Login ID or Password” link in the login page.

Q: “Please enter a valid registration reference number”A: Please ensure the inputted 15-digit number is correct, typed using a English keyboard and without any space.

Q: “This admission badge has already been previously retrieved as e-Badge”A: Each registration reference number can only be retrieved as e-Badge once for one person. You can only access your e-Badge by logging in at the original device you used for retrieving the e-Badge. The e-Badge will not be available if you delete/reinstall the app or login using another device.

Q: “Your e-Badge is being processed. Please try again later. (Info)”A: Please contact HKTDC staffs and inform them you see such message.

Q: I do not see the e-Badge after completing the steps.A: Logout from your account in the “Settings” page, quit the app by “swiping away” from background/multitask window and then re-open, login and try again.

Q: Where can I find technical support?A: You may visit the e-Badge Experience Centres at AsiaWorld-Expo (G/F West Lobby and G/F East Lobby) and Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Expo Drive Entrance).

Q: Where do I validate my e-Badge?A: Your e-Badge can be validated in all Buyer Registration Counters in AsiaWorld-Expoand Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre during fair period. To beat the crowd,you are encouraged to validate your badge in advance at our Registration Counterslisted below and receive one complimentary coffee voucher (whilst stock lasts):

Q: What do I need to bring to validate my e-Badge?A: For security reasons, you must validate your badge by presenting your passport orHong Kong Identity Card in person, at our Buyer Registration Counter.
