Convenient, quiet and controlled by remote, these systems evenly heat rooms at a fraction of the cost of ineficient baseboards, wall heaters and electric furnaces. Upgrading to a ductless system can reduce electric heating costs by 25 to 50 percent, saving homeowners money for the long term. Entek has increased busi- ness through customer educa- tion and marketing outreach by highlighting the rewards of ductless technology. “Working with Clark Public Utilities, Cowlitz PUD and the NW Ductless Heat Pump Proj- ect, we’ve been able to meet the needs of more homeowners by offering and promoting duct- less systems,” said Allan Shero, company president. “Customers appreciate the added comfort and lower energy bills, and our ield professionals appreciate how easy they are to install.
