智慧港口示范工程
交通运输部智慧港口示范工程(一)目的:
• 加快港口信息化、智能化进程,促进港口体质增效升级。
(二)目标
• 港口物流信息服务能力、危险品货物安全管理能力显著增强,示范带动我国港口信息化、智能化水平的提升。
• 示范工程2016年启动开展,共13个港口获得示范。
The Smart Port demonstration project
The Smart Port demonstration project of the MOTa. PurposeSpeed up the port informational and intelligent process, and promote the efficiency and upgrading of the port system
b. ObjectiveEnhance the ability of port logistics information service and the safety management of dangerous cargo remarkably, and promote the upgrading of port informational and intelligent process in China
Demonstration project was carried out in 2016,and 13 ports were demonstrated.

全球自动化集装箱码头建设(截止2017)
世界上已建和在建的自动化集装箱码头共计51个,其
中以堆场自动化装卸为核心的半自动化码头共36个,以全
过程自动化装卸为核心的全自动化码头共15个。

厦门远海全自动化集装箱码头Xiamen Yuanhai Full-automatic Container Terminal
2015年4月,中国首个自动化码头项目正式投入实箱装卸船
试运行, 标志着中国已跨入集装箱码头装卸自动化时代。
In April 2015, China's first automatic terminal project was
officially put into trial operation of real-box handling vessels,
marking that China has entered the era of container
terminal handling automation.

青岛新前湾全自动化集装箱码头Qingdao Xinqianwan Full-automatic Container Terminal
2015年7月,青岛港宣布将打造亚洲首个集装箱全自动化码头。工程分三期开发建设六个泊位,岸线总长2088
米。可停靠目前世界上最大19000标准箱的集装箱船舶和未来24000标准箱的集装箱船舶。
设计效率达到每小时40自然箱,减少人工约70%,提升作业效率约30% 。
2017年5月11日,青岛港自动化码头一期工程投产,目前最大作业效率达到44mov/h。
In July 2015, Qingdao Port announced that it would build Asia's first full-automatic container terminal. The
project will develop and construct six berths in three phases, with the total length of water front 2088 metres. It
can dock the world's largest container ship of 19,000 TEU and the container ship of 24,000 TEU in the future.
The design efficiency reaches 40 TEU per hour, reducing labor by about 70% and improving work efficiency by
about 30%.
In May 2017, the first phase of Qingdao Automatic Terminal was put into operation, and the maximum operating
efficiency reached 44mov/h.

上海洋山四期全自动化集装箱码头Shanghai Yangshan Phase IV Full-automatic Container Terminal
2014年11月, 洋山港四期宣布将建成全球最大自动化码头。建设方自主开发关键的作业调度控制系统,建成后的港口将全面实现“智能装卸”、“无人码头”和“零排放”。
洋山港四期集装箱码头泊位岸线长近2800米,共建设5个5万吨级和2个7万吨级集装箱泊位,工程设计年通过能力为630万TEU。
采用的装卸工艺也为“双小车岸桥 + Lift-AGV + ARMG”,堆场垂直于岸线布置。
2017年12月10日开港运行。
In November 2014, Yangshan Port Phase IV announced that it would build the
world's largest automatic terminal. The construction party independently
developed a key operation dispatch control system, and the completed port
would fully realize “Smart Handling”, “Unmanned Terminal” and “Zero Emission”.
Yangshan Port Phase IV container terminal berth water front is nearly 2800
metres long, and a total of five 50,000-ton and two 70,000-ton container berths
are built. The annual design capacity of the project is 6.3 million TEU. The port
was opened on December 10, 2017.
The handling process adopted “double car shore bridge + Lift-AGV + ARMG”,
and the yard is arranged vertical to the shore line.

广州南沙港全自动化集装箱码头Guangzhou Nansha Port Full-automatic Container Terminal
2018年8月开工,预计2021年建成投产。
全球第一个水平运输采用无人驾驶集卡(IGV)的全
自动化码头。
全球首创了堆场采用平行布置全自动化码头平面布置
形式。
Construction started in August 2018 and is expected to be
completed and put into production in 2021.
The world‘s first full-automatic terminal with intelligent
