    NSZ

    Esiz bir inaat malzemesi olmasna karn eksik ya da yanl bilgiler nedeniyle

    yllardr gz ard edilen elik ile bu malzeme kullanarak bir ok gelimi lkede ve zellikleTrkiye gibi aktif deprem blgesinde bulunan lkelerde yaplan elik yaplara gerekli nem

    verilmemesi ve elik yaplar konusunda proje yapabilen ve detaylandrabilen mhendislerin

    lkemizde az olmas elik yaplar projesini almamn nedenidir.

    Hazrlam olduum elik yaplar yl ii projesinde kafes sistem olarak tekil edilecek

    atnn detayl olarak proje zm ve izimlerini hazrladm. Proje donelerinden yararlanarak

    bir elik kafes sistemin her trl hesab ve uygulamaya esas izimleri proje formatnda

    hazrladm.Farkl elik kafes sistemlerin zmleri farkl verilere dayanarak zmlendi.

    Hazrlanan elik kafes sistemleri ak sistemi bakmndan ve kaplama tr bakmndan

    farkllklar gsteriyordu. Ak sistemi bakmndan basit, gerber ve mtemadi olarak tekil

    edildi at kaplamas olarak ise ytong, sandvi panel, trapez galvanizli sac, asbestli imento

    levha olarak deiik kaplamalar kullanld. Projelerdekullanlan farkl kaplama malzemeler

    ve deiik ak sistemleri nedeni ile deiik metraj hesaplar elde edildi. Projeler asndaki

    farkllklarve proje metraj hesaplarproje zm srasnda ve proje sonunda analiz edilerek

    tartld projeler arasndaki farkllklar irdelendi.Ksaca projemdeki veriler ve hesap admlar

    zerinde durmak istiyorum.

    Benim hazrlam olduum elik kafes atnn tipi Dolup kaplama malzemesi olarak

    sandvi panel kullanld, elik kafes sistemin dm noktalarnda kaynakl birleim yapld.

    Kaplama ve dier ykleri st balk ubuuna aktaran ak cinsi ise gerber olarak tekil

    edilmitir. ncelikle verilerden yararlanarak kafes sistemde bulunan ubuk uzunluklarn

    belirledim. Gerber kiri ana sahip sistemde gerekli hesaplamalar yaparak kafes kiri

    aralmz 8 adet olup 9adet makastan tekil edilmitir. at kaplamas olarak kullanacamz

    sandvi panel hakknda internetten aratrma yaparak kullanacam panel trn setim ve

    tayaca yk buldum.Daha sonra ak profilini belirlemek zere gergisiz zm, L/2 de

    gergili zm ve L/3 de gergili zm yapp, gergi ubuu hesab da yaplarak ekonomik

    mukayese tablosu oluturuldu ve ak profili belirledim. k profili belirlendikten sonra

    ubuk kuvvetlerini zati yk, yarm kar, tam kar, soldan ve sadan rzgar yk yklemelerine

    gre bulundu. kar yk iin dm noktalar ile zmleme yaptk ve son olarak sistem

    SAP2000 programnda zlerek ubuk kuvvetleri tablosu oluturuldu., kar yk iin

    dm noktalar zm ve SAP2000 zmlerinden elde edilen ubuk kuvvetleri

    karlatrld. Elde edilen ubuk kuvvetlerine gre eitli tahkikler ile st balk, alt balk,

    diyagonaller ve dikme ubuklarnn kesitlerini belirledim.

    Sistemimiz simetrik olduundan dolay yarm sistemdeki 7 dm iin dm

    noktalarnn tekil ve hesaplarn yaptm. Dm noktalarnn birleimlerini kaynakl olarak

    zdm ve yaplacak olan kaynak boylar ve kalnlklarn belirledim. Dm noktalar

    birleim detay hesaplar ile birlikte izerek gsterildi. Autocad programnda 1/50 lekte at

    plan , lekte dm detaylar izidi ve hazrland.Rzgar ve rijitlik balamalar hesab

    yaplarak proje izimlerine lekte izimleri eklendi. Yaplan tm proje izimleri kt

    alnarak hocamz tarafndan kontrol edildi ve gerekli eksiklikler giderilerek istenilen

    dzeltmeler yapld.

    Son olarak projede kullanlan tm elik malzemenin metrajn karttm. Tm

    arkadalarmzn metraj hesaplarn yapmas ile farkl tip kafes sistemlerin veya kullanlan

    farkl yntem ve malzemelerin proje maliyetine etkisini karlatrmalar yaparak analiz ettik.

    elik yaplar yl ii projesini yaparken daha nce alm olduumuz elik1 ve elik2

    derslerinde grdmz birleim hesaplar, ubuk kesit hesaplarn ,izimler srasnda autocad

    program veproje zm srasnda SAP2000 programlarn kullandk.

    Bu projede daha nce sadece tek para olarak verilen bir problem yerine tm bir

    sistemin adm adm nasl zleceini, elik at hesap detaylarn ve izimlerini nasl

    yapacamrendim.

    Bu projeyi almaktaki amacm lkemizde yeterince nem verilmeyen elik yaplar

    hakknda daha fazla bilgi edinmek ve elik proje yapabilen ve detaylandrabilenbir mhendis

    olarak okuldan mezun olmak isteimdir.
