Training Center for Executives in the Government Sector

In accordance with law No. 5 of 1991 concerning top management posts in the state administrative machinery, the Training Center for Executives in the Government Sector was established by order no. 241 of 1991 issued by the president of the Central Agency for Organization and administration.



Center Objectives:Center Objectives:

•Preparing executives to occupy top management posts.

* Developing executives’ capabilities with the modern trends and concepts in administration.



Center Activities:Center Activities:* Planning, designing & executing training programs for those nominated to occupy leading posts in the state administrative machinery according to each one level.

* planning, designing &executing training programs “supervisory – specialized and systematical” for civil servants working in the field of organization & administration. this is in addition to the programs of computer and learning languages



* Studying administrative problems faced by executives.

* Preparing conferences and seminars to study and discuss contemporary administrative problems. * Following up & evaluating programs & trainees and presenting suggestions for development according to what is revealed upon execution.

The training programs for executives in Egypt

*The top management program-:This programs aim to prepare the employee who promoted to occupy top management posts.The period of this program between 5-3 weeks it depends on the results of the pre test & we evaluate the participants in the end of the program through preparing report about administrative problem.



The specialists programs

*This programs aim to provide the employee with administrative & behavior skills needed to improve their performance in many subjects in the administrative field. We evaluate them through pre test & final test.
