OVERVIEW Based on the artistic and scientific history of Ptuj region as a treasury of the Millennia: The

Global Art & Science Institute of Ptuj, is an institution that will be located in Ptuj and dedicated to helping people understand and appreciate the natural world, the history of civilizations, and the record of humanity’s artistic, scientific, and technological achievements. The centre will be dedicated to furthering the public understanding of arts, science and scientific and artistic achievements using interactive exhibition techniques and participatory experiences, to stimulate curiosity and allow people to learn at their own pace while exploring the principles, concepts, and implications of arts, science and technology.

It is propose to serve as both a museum, academic institution and global arts and science exhibition and convention centre where global arts and science materials and designs can be promoted based on the rich and authentic history of Ptuj region. The multipurpose institute will house a collection of artistic and scientific materials with the vision of acquiring and exhibiting art of all kinds and to conduct programs of education.

• The Global Art & Science Institute of Ptuj is a platform that will collect, preserve, and interpret works of art and science of the highest quality, and will represent Slovenia and the world's diverse artistic traditions, for the inspiration and education of the public and in accordance with Slovenian profession's highest ethical standards and practices.

• Mission Statement• To organize and produce the finest quality exhibition and entertainment experiences that captivate,

educate, and inspire large audiences throughout the world.• To provide excellence in the delivery of a global education in visual, design, media, and related arts, with

attendant studies in the history and theory of those disciplines set within a broad-based humanistic curriculum in the liberal arts and sciences.

• To provide instruction for this education in a range of formats: written, spoken, media, and exhibition-based.

OBJECTIVE

• 1. To promote and organize events that will showcase Slovenian history , art and science works via global arts and science exhibitions.

• 2. To assemble a diverse body of intelligent and creative individuals all over the world, students and faculty in an environment designed to facilitate and encourage the discovery and production of significant ideas and images and to provide for the development of individual excellence in undergraduate and graduate programs in the visual and related arts.

• 3. To generate earned revenue from a combination of membership and admission fees, programming, outreach, retail sales, and special events.

• 4. To secure new funding sources including foundation grants, government grants, and private and corporate donations.

• 5. To have more than 200,000 total paid memberships.• 6. To serve more 500,000 individuals and students through our outreach programs.• 7. To promote international study and tourism in Slovenia GOALS

1. Creating a direct contact between companies, organization, and academic institutions in Slovenia and around the world.

2. Updating and expansion of commercial and educational databases in Slovenia. 3. Presentation and promotion of new products and services. 4. Consolidation of brands and services. 5. Acquisition of new customers and markets. 6. Familiarization with current trends, other business and the attendant effects, which can be

offered only by a fair!

GAITP ACTIVITIESThe Global Art & Science Institute of Ptuj, major activities will include:• Museums, (displaying Slovenian culture and heritage + other regions of the

world rich in history)• School of the Art & Science Institute of Ptuj (SASIP) (Academic based for Slovenians

and international students)• Global arts & Science exhibition and convention  (tourism based) DESCRIPTION• Firstly, School of the Art & Science Institute of Ptuj, will be a private, coeducational

institution in Ptuj, Slovenia. The school will be affiliated with the Global Art & Science Institute of Ptuj, which we will structure to be one of the largest museums of art & Science in Slovenia. The School of the Art & Science Institute of Ptuj will be able to confer Diplomas, bachelors and master’s degrees in the arts & Sciences. Courses of study at the institute will include art & Science education, the fine arts, art history, art therapy, fashion design and technology, film and video production, film studies, graphic arts, painting and drawing, printmaking, sculpture, studio art, and textile art.Secondly, Global arts & Science exhibition and convention program at the Global Art & Science Institute of Ptuj aim to set a new level in art and science tourism business in Slovenia, and to be the largest art and science show exhibition in Slovenia, bringing together people from wide range of field globally. The event will feature various locally made artistic works from the Slovenian region, and all other parts of the world. The event also aim to attract exhibitors and visitors from across Slovenia and internationally, and will be perfectly placed in the Global Art & Science Institute of Ptuj to offer 3 days commendable experience in an environment rich in history, and specifically designed to help with the development of art and science.

• Thirdly, based on the rich history of Ptuj, the Museum will be dedicated to helping people understand and appreciate the natural world, the history of civilizations, and the record of humanity’s artistic, scientific, and technological achievements. The Museum will collect objects of scientific, aesthetic, or historical importance; care for them; and study, interpret, and exhibit them for the purposes of public education and the advancement of knowledge. The Museum will offer many benefits to its visitors, the Ptuj community, and society as a whole.

MARKET ANALYSISGASIP will be focused on local and international visitors seeking to have international experience via tourism, and study, and those seeking to nurture their creative

potential through art, science and technology. We will address a segment of Slovenian land market known for its stable, individual orientation, and for its willingness to support and patronize local institutions. Once established, we will expand our focus to include the entire European, and global market. GASITP will strive to create a unique environment in which people of all ages, ability, and experience can feel free to imagine, create, and welcome the arts into their lives. This environment will appeal to a broad cross-section of people without regard to racial, educational, or economic background.
