Chef Profile Naoto Kishimoto 1985 Took his first steps as a chef at a western-style restaurant in Tokyo. Became interested in French cuisine and studied under Hiroyuki Sakai of "La Rochelle" in Shibuya.

1994 Devoted himself to his studies in various locations, including La Promenade in the Loire Valley, Fauchet in Paris, and L'Esperance in Vezelay, Burgundy.

1996 Established as a sous chef at Austaral in Ginza.

2006 Opened L'Embellir in Minami Aoyama.Awarded a Michellin star for 10 consecutive years from the first edition of Michelin Guide Tokyo in 2008.
