G(Y)4-80离心通(引)风机

G4-80 与 Y4-80 系列 F 式传动离心通、引风机具有流量大、压力低、效率高、噪声低、性能曲

线平坦、高效区宽广的特点,适用于冶金、电力、水泥等行业的通、引风及除尘系统。

通风机输送的介质为空气,最高温度不得超过 80℃;引风机输送的介质为烟气,最高温度不得

超过 250℃。在引风机前,必须加装除尘装置,以保证进入风机的烟气中含尘量尽量减少,根据一

般用户使用情况,除尘效率不得低于 85%。

1. ApplicationG4-80 and Y4-8 series of centrifugal fans (induced draught fan) with F driving. The fans feature largevolume, low pressure, high efficiency, low noise, smooth performance curve, wide range of volume etc.They are used for ventilation ,induced draft or dust-removing system in the metallurgy, electric power,cement applications.

The handling medium of centrifugal fan is air, the max.temperature cannot exceed 80℃. The handlingmedium of induced draught fan is fume, the max. temperature cannot exceed 250℃. A dust-removingdevice should be mounted inlet of the induced draught fan to minimize the dust in the fume, anddust-removing efficiency can exceed 85%

1、本风机为双支撑结构,可分单吸入和双吸入两种型式。单吸入风机有№18、20、22、25、

27、30、31.5 共 7 个标准机号;双吸入风机有№18、20、22、24、26、29、31.5 共 7 个标准机号;

如用户要求,我们也可设计非标机号。

2. Model of fan2.1 This fan is available either single-suction and double-support or double-suction and double-support,7 standard models of single-suction fans include №18,20,22, 25, 27, 30 and 31.5 . 7 standard models ofdouble-suction fans include№18、20、22、24、26、29、31.5. We also can customize for clients .

2、风机可制成顺旋和逆旋两种型式:从电机一端正视,叶轮如按顺时针方向旋转,称顺旋风

机,以“顺”表示;叶轮如按逆时针方向旋转,称逆旋风机,以“逆”表示。

2.2 Rotation direction of fan has clockwise or counter-clockwise. It is indicated as clockwise fan ifimpeller runs in clockwise direction viewed from the motor end. On the contrarily, it is indicated ascounter-clockwise fan.

3、风机的出口位置以机壳的出口角度表示,“顺” 旋和 “逆” 旋均可制成以下4种基本角度:

进135°/出 45°、进 90°/出 45°、进 135°/出 90°、进 135°/出 0°。如用户要求,我们也可设

计非标角度。

2.3 Outlet angle of fan casing stands for the outlet angle of fan. The angles of fan are available at135°(inlet)/45°(outlet),90°(inlet) /45°(outlet),135°(inlet)/90°(outlet), 135°(inlet)/ 0°(outlet) for "clockwiseor counter-clockwise fans. We also can customize for clients.

风机主要由叶轮、机壳、进风口、调节门、传动部分等组成。

1、叶轮:由后倾机翼形的叶片(单吸入 12 片,双吸入 24 片)焊接于弧锥形的前盘与平板形

的后(中)盘中间。由于采用了机翼形叶片,保证了风机高效率、低噪声、高强度。考虑到风机叶

轮的尘粒磨损问题,增大了机翼形叶片头部的实心部分,延长了叶轮的使用寿命。整个叶轮用高强

钢制作, 并且叶轮经过动平衡校正。为安全运行提供了可靠保证。同一机号的通、引风机叶轮结

构相同。

3. Main structureFan is made up of impeller, fan casing, inlet suction, damper, driving device etc.

3.1 impeller:Back-curved airfoil blades of impeller(12 blades for single-suction fan and 24 blades for double-suctionfan) are welded between cone front disc and back (middle) disc. The airfoil blades ensure fan features highefficiency, low noise and high strength. The blades tips improve to extend the service life of impellerbecause of the dust or particles. The impeller made of high strength steel also should be done the dynamicbalance test so as to ensure the reliable operation. The impeller structure for same model of centrifugalfans (induced draught fans) are the same.

2、机壳:机壳是采用普通钢板焊接而成的蜗形体。在机壳进口处,增加了适用与该型风机的

进气箱,减小了风机的机壳以及风道的振动,在机壳和进气箱的外部焊有适当高度的井字筋板,提

高了机壳的刚性。机壳上适当的位置开有检测门、清灰门等便于检查及清除叶轮和机壳粉尘堆积。

3.2 Fan casing : fan casings made of steel structure are welded into volute. Inlet box is equipped with fanat inlet to reduce the vibration of fan casings and air ducts. Reinforced ribs shaped "well" are weldedoutside the fan casings and inlet box to enhance fan casing rigidness. An inspection door anddust-removing door are on the fan casings and inlet box to carry out the routine check and remove thecontamination on the impeller and fan casings.

3、进风口:收敛式流线的进风口制成整体结构,用螺栓固定在风机入口侧。

3.3 Inlet suction: integral convergent flowing-line structure. It is fastened with bolts at inlet of fan .

4、调节门:用以调节风机流量的装置。采用在进气箱的进口处装有五个翼形叶片的差动调节

门,用以调节风机的特性,调节叶片的支撑处装有滚动轴承,转动灵活,使用可靠,调节范围由 90

°(全闭)到 0°(全开)。调节门配合电动执行器操动,能方便的进行流量的调节。

为使调节门各部件正常工作,必须很好的润滑。对通风机的调节门,采用钙钠基润滑脂润滑;

对引风机,因气温较高,采用二硫化钼高温润滑脂润滑

3.4 Damper: It is used for regulating the volume. Differential inlet damper with 5 airfoil blades mounted infront of the fan inlet box is used to control the fan inlet volume. The guard vanes can rotate flexibility from0 to 90°(from fully open to fully closed) with the help of the rolling bearings on the guard vanes supports.Damper is equipped with the electric actuator, which can regulate the volume easily.

The good lubrication can ensure the normal operation of the parts of the damper, so the grease of thedamper of centrifugal fan is calcium-sodium base grease. The grease of induced draught fan ismolybdenum disulfide high temperature grease because of high temperature.

5、传动部分:主轴由优质钢制成,轴承箱按情况(风机的叶轮直径大小和转速的高低不同)选用滚

动轴承或滑动轴承。轴承箱上装有温度计和油位指示器,润滑油采用30#机械油,加入油量按油位标志的

要求。润滑油需过滤后才能注入轴承箱。安装时,需加装输水管,耗水量随气体温度不同而异。

3.5 Driving device: Main shaft is made of high quality steel. Rolling bearings or slide bearings are adoptedaccording to the bearing box (impeller diameter and different speed). Thermometer and oil indicator aremounted on the bearing box. Lubrication oil is 30# mechanical oil. The oil charging amount should dependon the oil level. Oil cannot be charged into the bearing box until filtering. When installation, water pipesshould be mounted, the water consumption changes over the gas temperature.

1、风机的性能:

风机的性能以风机的流量、全压、主轴转速、轴功率和效率表示。

4.selection and application4.1 fan performanceFan performance displays fan volume, total pressure, speed of main shaft, shaft power and efficiency.

选择性能表中所给出的性能,通风机和引风机的给定条件不同,通风机性能按进气温度 t=20

℃,大气压力 P=101325Pa,气体密度ρ =1.2Kg/m3的空气介质计算;引风机性能按进气温度 t=200

℃,大气压力 P=101325Pa,气体密度ρ =0.745Kg/m3的空气介质计算。选择性能表中的性能均指调

节门为全开时。当风机使用条件发生变化时可按以下公式进行换算。

Performance given in the performance data sheet of the fan depends on the situation. The performance ofcentrifugal fan is calculated based on inlet temperature t=20℃, atmospheric pressure P=101325Pa, inletgas density ρ=1.2Kg/m3, handling air and The performance of induced draught fan is calculated based ont=200℃, atmospheric pressure P=101325Pa, inlet gas density ρ=0.745Kg/m3, handling air. damperopening(inlet vane gear) in the performance data sheet is at fully open.

2、风机的选择

如使用条件为前述给定条件下所需的全压、流量,可按性能表选用风机。如使用条件与标准情

况不符时,可按前述公式换算出的性能选用风机。风机出厂检验性能是在设计流量时,全压值的偏

差不得超过设计全压值的±5%。

4.2 Fan selectionIf fan total pressure , volume under the operation condition is similar to above-mentioned standard

condition in the performance data sheet, select fan according to performance data sheet. If fan operationcondition is not the same as the standard condition, select the fan according to above formula. Performancetest before delivery is subject to the designed volume, the total pressure error should not exceed +/_5%。ofthe the designed total pressure.

3、流量过多或不足的处理:

在使用风机时,常常发生流量过多或不足的现象。产生这种现象的原因很多,如果是在使用过

程中发生这种现象,主要是由于管网中的阻力时大时小。如果是在使用过程中,经过较长的时间逐

渐减少,或在短时间内突然减少,则主要是由于管网堵塞。

4.3 overabundance or shortage in volumeDuring the operation of the fan, overabundance or shortage in volume can occur very often, there are

a large number of the causes. If it occurs during the operation, it is caused by the large or small resistanceof ducts network. If it reduces gradually during the operation condition, or reduces suddenly for a shorttime, it is caused by the ducts network clogging.

在风机新安装后,进行正式运转就发生流量过大或不足的现象,其原因主要是管网阻力实际值

与计算值相差过大或选择风机时未考虑风机本身全压偏差的影响。

After new fan installation, volume is overabundance or shortage during normal operation, it is mainlycaused by the big difference between actual and calculated value of ducts network resistance or notallowing for total pressure error influence on fan.

风机发生流量过多或不足时可采用以下方法消除:

⑴.利用调节门的开闭程度调节流量。

⑵.改变风机转速调节流量。(注:如超过性能表中给定的风机转速,必须针对设计、生产。)

⑶.改变管网阻力系数调节流量。

remedy for overabundance or shortage of volume:(1)Regulate the volume of the damper opening.(2)change fan speed to regulate the volume (note: fan speed is more than given speed in the

performance data sheet, specially in design and manufacture).(3)Change ducts network resistance coefficient to control the volume.

当调节门全开时,流量仍过小,此时可设法改变管使网阻力系数减小,以增加流量,也可增加

风机的转速,但转速不得大于性能表中的最大转速。

When damper is open fully, but volume is still very small, try to change the ducts to reduce the ductsnetworks resistance coefficient and increase the volume and fan speed, but fan speed cannot exceed themax. speed given in the performance data sheet.

在安装前首先应准备好安装用的材料工具,并对风机各部分的机件进行检查,对叶轮、主轴和

轴承等机件应特别细致检查,如发现损伤,应予以修好,然后用煤油清洗轴承箱内部。

在安装操作过程中必须注意下列几点:

⑴ 在一些结合面上,为防止生锈,减少拆卸困难,应涂上一些润滑脂或机械油。

⑵ 在上结合面的螺栓时,如有定位销钉,应先上好销钉,再拧紧螺栓。

⑶ 检查机壳与其它壳体内部,不应有掉入和遗留的工具和杂物。

5. Installation, commission and run testBefore installation, carefully check all parts and see if they are damaged. Especially check the

impeller, main shaft, bearing etc. If there is any problem, replace or repair immediately and then cleanthroughly inside the bearing box with coal oil .

The following attention items should be paid during installation:(1) Paint the grease or mechanical oil on the joint to avoid the rust or difficult dismantling.(2) When screw the bolts on the joint. If with pins, first screw the pins, then screw bolts.(3) Check inside the fan casing and other shells, the special tools or contaminations are not allowed tokeep inside.

1.安装要求 Installation requirement

⑴ 按图纸所示的位置与尺寸进行安装,为确保高效率,特别要保证进风口与叶轮间隙尺寸。

⑵ 保证主轴的水平位置,并测量风机主轴与电机轴的同心度及联轴器两端面的不平行度。两

轴承不平行度允差为 0.05mm,联轴器两端面不平行度允差为 0.05mm。

⑶ 在安装调节门时,注意不要装反,要保证进气方向与叶轮旋转方向一致。

⑷ 风机安装后,搬动转子,检查是否有过紧或与固定部位碰撞现象。

⑸ 安装风机进口和出口管道时,重量不应加在机壳上。

⑹ 全部安装好后经检查合格,方可试运转。

5.1.Installation requirement⑴ The installation of the machine should be done according to the drawing. To ensure high efficiency,

the clearance between inlet suction and impeller should be ensured.⑵ Make sure the horizontal installation. Check the concentricity of main shaft and motor shaft as

well as the non-parallelism between coupling ends. Allowable non-parallelism tolerance between bearingsshould be 0.05mm. Allowable non-parallelism tolerance between coupling ends should be 0.05mm.

(3) when installation, note right direction, make sure the same direction of the gas inlet and impellerrotation direction.

⑷After installation, rotate the rotor, check for overtight or collision between rotor and fixed parts.⑸When installation of inlet/outlet ducts, it is not allowed to exert the load on the fan casing.⑹ It cannot run until all installation work are finished and passed the test.

2.风机的试运转:

⑴ 风机的试运转应在无载荷(关闭进气管道闸门或调节门)的情况下进行。

⑵ 如运转情况良好,再转入满载荷(规定的全压和流量)下的运转。

⑶ 满载荷运转,对新安装风机不少于 2 小时,对修理安装风机不少于半小时。

5.2.Test run of fan⑴ Fan test run should be done without the load (close the inlet pipe valve or damper)⑵ Full load run is available (given total pressure and volume) if all conditions are in good order.⑶ The test run time of new fan should be no less than 2 hours and half an hour for the repaired fan atfull load.

1.风机启动前,应进行下列准备工作:

⑴ 关闭调节门。

⑵ 检查风机各部的间隙尺寸,传动部分与固定部分有无碰撞及摩擦现象。

⑶ 叶轮的半径方向,联轴器附近,均不许站人,以免发生危险,联轴器应加防护罩。

⑷ 查轴承的油位是否在最高与最低油位线之间。

⑸ 查电器线路及仪表是否正确。

⑹ 查冷却部分是否正常,同时要注意水质情况,以免水通道结垢堵塞影响轴承。

6.Operation of fan6.1 Preparation before start-up

⑴ Close damper(2) Check clearance size of the parts. check collision, friction between moving parts and fixed parts.⑶ The persons can’t stand along the impeller rotation direction. In case of danger, coupling guard

should be added.⑷ Check oil level between max.oil level and min. oil level.⑸ Check circuit and instruments of electric equipment.⑹ Check cooling system. notice water quality, avoid water pipe clogging and affect on the bearing.

2.风机启动后,逐渐开大调节门达到正常工况。运转过程中轴承温升得超过周围环境温度的

40℃,表温不得高于 80℃。轴承部位的均方根振动速度有效值不得大于 4.6mm/s。

6.2 After start of fan, regulate the damper opening gradually until normal volume opening. Duringoperation, bearing temperature rise cannot exceed ambient temperature at 40℃. The meter temperaturecannot exceed 80℃. The mean square roots of bearing should be no more than 4.6mm/s.

3.下列情况下,必须紧急停车:

⑴ 发觉风机的剧烈噪声。

⑵ 轴承的温度剧烈上升。

⑶ 风机发生剧烈振动和撞击。

6.3 Stop emergency⑴Acute noise of fan⑵ rapid bearing temperature rise⑶ big vibration and collision.

1.风机的维护工作制度

风机维护人员必须注意下列各点:

⑴ 有在风机设备完全正常的情况下方可运转。

⑵ 果风机设备在检修后开动,则应注意风机各部位是否正常。

⑶ 定期清除风机内部积灰、污垢等杂质,并防止锈蚀。

⑷ 对风机设备的修理,不许在运转中进行。

7. Maintenance of fan7.1 Working system of maintenance of fan :

Servicemen should pay attention to the following ;(1) Start the fan only when fan is in good order.(2) Start the fan after maintenance, check all parts .(3) Clean the dust, contaminations inside the fan regularly.(4) Don't repair the fan during the operation.

2、风机正常运转中的注意事项:

⑴ 如果发现流量过大,不符合使用要求或短时间内需较小的流量,可利用调节门进行调节。

⑵ 温度计及油标的灵敏性定期检查。

⑶ 风机的开车、停车或运转过程中,如发现不正常现象,应立即进行检查。

⑷ 对检查发现的小故障,应及时查明原因,设法消除,发现大故障时,应立即进行检修。

7.2 precautions during the normal operation:⑴ Overlarge volume, unqualified operation condition or small volume in a short time, regulate the

damper.(2) Check the sensitivity of thermometer and oil gauge regularly.(3) There is something wrong during start-up, stop or operation, check them immediately.⑷ If small failures, check the reason and troubleshooting immediately. If bigproblems, stop it and repair it immediately.

3.风机的主要故障及原因

1)轴承箱剧烈振动

⑴ 风机轴与电机轴不同心,联轴器装歪。

⑵ 机壳或进风口与叶轮摩擦。

⑶ 基础的刚度不够或不牢固。

⑷ 叶轮螺栓(铆钉)松动或叶轮变形。

⑸ 叶轮轴盘孔与轴松动,联轴器螺栓松动。

⑹ 机壳与支架、轴承箱与支架、轴承箱盖与座等联接螺栓松动。

⑺ 风机进、出气管道安装不良。

⑻ 转子不平衡。

⑼ 引风机叶片磨损。

7.3 Main failures and reasons1) Acute vibration of bearing box :

(1) Non-concentricity of fan shaft and motor shaft, inclining coupling.(2) Friction between fan casing or inlet suction and impeller(3) Non-enough foundation stiffness(4) Impeller bolts or screw loose and impeller deformation(5) Impeller shaft disc hole and shaft loose, coupling bolts loose(6) Bolts on fan casing and bearing pedestal, bearing pedestal and bearing box(7) Mount fan inlet/outlet ducts improperly(8) rotor unbalance(9) blade worn of induced draught fan

2)轴承温升过高:

⑴ 振动剧烈。

⑵ 润滑油质量不良、变质和含有灰尘、砂粒、污垢等杂质。

⑶ 轴承箱的盖、座联接螺栓之紧力过大或过小。

⑷ 轴与滚动轴承安装歪斜,前后两轴承不同心。

⑸ 轴承损坏。

2) Too high bearing temperature rise(1) acute vibration(2) Poor grease or oil; oil with dust, contaminations, particles etc..(3) Over tight or over loose of the anchoring bolts on bearing box cover and

pedestals.(4) Installation of shaft and rolling bearings improperly, front and back

3)电机电流过大和温升过高:

⑴ 开车时进气管道内闸门或节流阀未关。

⑵ 流量超过规定值。

⑶ 电机输送气体密度过大,使压力过大。

⑷ 电动机输入电压过低或电源单向断电。

⑸ 轴器联接不正,皮圈过紧或间隙不匀,

⑹ 受轴承箱剧烈振动的影响。

3) Too motor current or too high temperature rise:(1) Starting fan, damper or valve of outlet ducts open.(2) Volume exceeds given volume value.(3) High handling gas density of motor, and too high pressure.(4) Low motor input voltage or power failure(5) Installation the coupling improperly to cause the overtight or differentclearance.

(6) Influence of the bearing box vibration
