Note: Twice during the year cohorts 1 and 2 would meet together to share theirwork and questions. This would allow cohort 1 participants to share theirknowledge and ideas with cohort 2 and for some shared planning time to extendthe community.
Japanese Lesson Study: This would involve a TC2 facilitator co-planning alesson with a MCPS teacher. Either the TC2 facilitator or the MCPS teacherwould deliver the lesson while the other would observe the children and how theywere responding to the lesson. Following the lesson the 5:33 PMC2 facilitator

and the MCPS teacher would debrief together to discuss what worked well andpossible revisions.
