Step 2 - If customer is not in SacWorks click on blue “Individual” link. If they are not sure, they can enter their information and SacWorks will verify if they already have an existing log-in or they can have a One Stop Staff member search for their account.

Step 3 – Click on “I Agree”

Step 4 – Customer completes all required information and then clicks on “Next” (required fields are indicated by a red asterisk*).

Note: Customer should also write down the selected username and password for future reference. This information should be kept secure.

This is an example of a customer’s entered information. All fields with (*) must be filled out.

This screen will appear if the system determines that the customer already has an existing User Account in SacWorks. The customer has two options, go back to main log-in screen and choose “Forgot Username & Password” or contact One Stop Staff to lookup their User Name & Re-set password.

Step 5 – If the customer is new to the system, this page will appear after the customer follows Step 4. Again all (*) fields must be filled out. At the bottom of the page the customer clicks “Next”

Step 6 – Customer finishes entering ALL required information and “Save”.

This is an example of a successfully completed registration. Customer can now complete the Background Wizard, build a resume, job search, etc.
