At A&K Global Health (AKGH) –
Taking forward AKGH’s process based approach with vision to offer latest available
medical opportunities to all (locally or abroad), in-time & at right prices, advocate services
(medical & logistics) client receives from AKGH’s partner service providers and to strive
for better quality of life back home.
Launched and continuing “Employee Development Program” at AKGH India DMC
Supported a few hundred lives of fellow men, women, children & babies who travelled
with AKGH in last two years (from African continent & Middle East) through
independently lead teams of Dedicated, Compassionate, Intellectual & Service Oriented
professionals in Delhi & Bangalore.

At Indian Routes, Kuoni Travel Group (India) & At Trans India Holidays, Delhi -
Successfully organized annual technical conferences cum workshop with social evenings
& extension tours for a France based international company (in 5 star luxury hotels in
Delhi & Mumbai) –delegate strength of around 90-100 pax with break-away sessions.
Successfully organized post-tours across India, Nepal & Bhutan for Global delegates who
participated in TED Talk in Mysore in 2009. Similarly, organized high volume logistics
(transportation, meet & greet) for ITC Signature event in Hyderabad & a high profile
wedding in Goa.
Successfully backed-up (in office & on ground) a stalwart & the pioneer personality in
Incentive Tours segment in India -on around 15 incentive tours for companies such as

Professional Experience
21st January 2014 till date: working with A&K Global Health, New Delhi as National
Manager. Joined as DMC Manager in January 2014.
DMC stands for “Delivery Management Company”. DMC is needed at destination country. This
unit is focused on organizing arrangements on ground before arrival and support client by keeping
oversight of services from vendors (hospitals, hotels, transport etc.), supporting client in all
circumstances as patient advocate & guardian.
India DMC is now a strong & growing team of 15 professionals -men & women, in age bracket of
20 - 40 yr, all well-groomed, compassionate, experienced & colorful people. All speak fluent
English. Some speak Arabic, Kurdish & French as third or fourth language. All are from service
industry –hospitals, airlines, hotels, cruise liners, tour operators etc. A few have experience of
hospitals & hospitality, both.

st January 2014: worked with Indian Routes, New Delhi as Manager.
Joined them as Assistant Manager in 2008 and got promoted to Manager in April 2011. Indian
Routes is one the SBU’s of Le Passage to India Pvt. Ltd (Delhi). Had held following
responsibilities -
Supervising & guiding team on operations and proposals
Communication with our foreign clients -B2B & B2C

July 2000 till 2004: with Trans India Holidays, Delhi as Sr. Tour Executive and Executive
(for first two years). Held following responsibilities -

company’s websites

Self-assigned a project to investigate profile, satisfaction levels and expectations of
tourists visiting India.
Prepared a questionnaire, interviewed around 150 foreign tourists in Delhi, Agra and
Jaipur. Rest were collated under heads -highest tourist generator country, tourists’ profile,
satisfaction levels and expectations from India as a destination in Millennium 2000 etc.
Project forward was done by the Managing Director of The Travel Co.
Travelled with an Italian group on Golden Triangle with Mr. Lumba.

At Indian Routes –
Was part of fam trip to Rajasthan in 2011 (June). On this tour, I visited Mandawa,
Nawalgarh, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Manwar, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Deo Garh, Pushkar, Jaipur
& Agra

At The Travel Co., Delhi – in 1998, accompanied the escort on Golden Triangle.
