PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE May 2008 – July 2013 Recreaciones Aventura RS, C.A. and A-Group International, C.A.: During this time, I was working for a group of companies. At first, there were four in total but two of them were absorbed. Recreaciones Aventura RS, C.A., was in charge of organizing events during the whole year, and during summer, organizing mainly summer camps. The second one, was a company using BTL techniques to create innovative advertisement. During my stay in these companies, I managed everything that had to do with Finances. Co-Director and Finances Department Manager for three and a half years: During this period, I was in charge of supervising all the processes in the departments related to Finances. After years of practise, I was now training my team in audits and part of the sales team in budgeting. I was also the leader of two projects; one of them related to sales and the other one related to audits. For the last two years I was a Co-Director. The Board was formed by the two owners, the sales manager and me. I had the same responsibilities, but I would also participate in major strategic decisions. Financial analyst for 18 months: In charge of verifying that the debits and credits on the bank statements matched the invoices, the taxes deductions and the bank transactions (loans, interests, mortgages). Additionally, making sure (with supervision), that every budget, issued from the sales and other departments was accurate and balanced, as well as reporting any changes to the upper management. Administration assistant for 6 months: During this period of time, I was in charge of everything with regards to the invoices: Filling, printing, sending, asking clients for the payment and filing them when the process was finished.

April 2007 – July 2013 Summer Camps at Recreaciones Aventura RS, C.A.:

When I started in Recreaciones Aventura RS, C.A. it was only a summer job. I was taking care of children during summer camps, assisting events, and working with other people for the summer. The reason I applied to work in Finances, was because I was able to keep working during the summers for a week or two. For 6 years I worked every summer; as a Guide, Coordinator and finally Director. That is how I spent my holidays, working with people and cultivating values in children that didn’t have much at home.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

2008 to 2013:

ENAPH (Treasury and Public Administration National School). University Education similar to Bachelor in Business and Administration. International trades: The main subject focused on Administration, Accountancy, Economy and Logistic (buying, selling and transporting merchandise internationally). Additionally, it focuses on the application of financial knowledge in the optimization of taxes to all public and private services. Specialisation in Customs and Management.

Courses in:

Efficient Management and Direction. Promoting teamwork. Decisions making.

Language Skills

Spanish: Mother tongue. English: Excellent understanding, writing, speaking and reading. Danish: Medium level.

Free time activities

I normally spend my free time actively with my family and friends, also doing physical activities such as climbing, playing football, basketball and table tennis. Apart from that, I find joy in dancing Salsa.
