Preparation of Process flow Material Submittals and getting approval from client and consultant and according schedule the list &qty of materials to be required for the project as per the approved drawings.

Preparation of BOQ for the non tendered items and to get approval from client/consultant.

Preparation of Variation in tendered BOQ as the approve drawings and to get approval from the client/consultant.

To co-ordinate and to finalize work orders for sub contractors to execute the job within the internal cost available for the same work.

To Coordinate with Client side peers and subordinates in site for construction site office, documentation works and safety requirements and erection mock up activities.

To coordinate with sub contractors for executing the quality job as per the approved drawings.

Daily planning and execution of site activities to meet the project schedule for the time line completion of projects.

Identification of cost saving measures and implementation in coordination with other Engineers.

To give suggestions and Implementation of modification proposals in approved drawings and prepare documentation for the works.

Providing information about the site activities to the superiors through daily progress report and monthly progress reports.

Preparing and getting approval of EOT documents for the projects exceeds beyond the completion period mentioned in client order.

Billing and Payment collection for the works done from client.

Commissioning and handing over of job satisfactorily to client.
