    1.2 Phm vi thch hp v cng dng sn phm.

    1.2.1 Cng dng sn phm

    Sn phm ny l thit b chnh lu silic cao p 1 pha , dng cung cp in ngun mt chiu

    cao p ng b vi thn b lc bi in, c th dng trong lc bi, lc m, lc du cc, tch

    nc v cc cng dng khc .

    1.2.2 Phm vi thch hp ca sn phm.

    Sn phm ny phi hp vi kt cu in cc ca thn b lc bi in v cc trng hp c th

    khc, c th dng vi lc bi cc loi, lc m, thu hi vt liu v ng dng khc. phm vi ng

    dng c th nh sau :

    + in lc : Lc bi kh khi ni hi nh my nhit in

    + Luyn kim : Lc bi luyn kim kim loi cc loi, thu hi nguyn liu.

    + Vt liu xy dng : Lc bi cng nghip xi mng , thu hi vt liu, khng ch ngun bi

    + Du kh : Phn ly hm lng nc trong du th, tp cht v ch phm axit, lc bi, lc m

    trong cng nghip nha, thu hi cc loi vt liu.

    + Cng nghip nh : Thu hi kim trong cng ngh sn xut giy, lc bi trong cng nghip

    dt.

    + Lnh vc khc : Lm sch khng kh trong qu trnh sn xut cng nghip, lc kh du trong

    lnh vc phc v nh hng

    1.3 c im chnh ca sn phm :

    Lot sn phm ny s dng b iu khin vi tnh GAC-220 l b iu khin trung tm, sn

    phm ny c cc c im sau :

    C nhiu loi phng thc vn hnh, c th cn c vo yu cu ng dng ca cc ngnh

    ngh v iu kin tnh hnh c th hin trng la chn phng thc vn hnh, lm cho

    b lc bi t c hiu sut lc bi tt nht.

    Tham s trng thi vn hnh ly mu dng s tc nhanh, t ng tnh ton nng

    lng phng in in trng. V cn c nng lng phng in khc nhau tin hnh

    khng ch phong to i vi ng tinh iu p, lm cho in trng vn hnh hu hiu

    cao di cng sut c th.

    Chc nng bo v hon thin tin cy lm cho b lc bi c th vn hnh tin cy n nh

    trong thi gian di.

    B iu khin GAC-220 trong c thit k n nguyn s l trung ng ca b iu

    khin CAN2.0B, c th d dng thc hin cc thng tin s, c th thit lp a ch my,

    t hp thnh h thng iu khin tp trung.

    Bng iu khin c thit k b hin th LCD 320*240 c chc nng phm cm ng, giao

    din s dng ting Hn . C th hin th cc loi tham s vn hnh v trng thi s c;

    thng qua phm bm cm ng, ngi thao tc c th thng qua ni dung hin th ch

    Hn d dng hon thnh cc chc nng, thit lp tham s .

    B iu khin GAC-220 c th tho mun li dng ti nguyn phn mm, phn cng ca

    h thng, lm cho c h thng mch in n gin tin cy, thun li cho thao tc s

    dng v bo dng.

    Chng II : iu kin k thut

    2.1 Tham s k thut chnh

    2.1.1 Tham s u vo, u ra

    GGAJ02(GAC) lc bi tnh in cao p s dng thit b chnh lu thng dng cc tham s k

    thut u ra, u vo xem bng ph (1)

    2.1.2 Phm vi iu tit u ra

    Phm vi iu tit dng in u ra : 0 ~ 100% gi tr nh mc

    Phm vi iu tit in p u ra : 0 ~ 100% gi tr nh mc

    2.1.3 Phng thc iu p.

    iu p ng tinh th, phm vi gc dn thng ng tinh th ca b iu khin l 0 ~ 172 .

    2.1.4 Phng thc vn hnh.

    100% nh mc dng in u ra, lin tc. (Cp ph ti cp I).

    2.1.5 Hiu sut v c s cng sut

    Hiu sut 80%, c s cng sut 0.8.

    2.2 iu kin s dng

    (1) Khng vt qu cao nc bin 1000m. Khi cao hn cao nc bin 1000m, gi tr

    nh mc ca n phi theo cc tiu chun lin quan lm cc iu chnh tng ng.

    (2) i vi cc t iu khin, nhit mi trng l -10 ~ +40oC; i vi b bin p chnh

    lu cao p, nhit mi trng khng cao hn +40oC, khng thp hn nhit im nghi ng

    trong quy nh ca du b bin p .

    (3) m tng i ln nht ca khng kh l 90% (tng ng vi 20 5oC ca khng kh)

    (4) Khng chn rung v va p mnh , nghing vung gc khng vt qu 5%.

    (5) a im vn hnh khng dn in, d n, bi bm, khng c kh hoc hi nc n mn

    kim loi v lm hng cch in.

    (6) Phm vi dao ng duy tr in p xoay chiu u vo khng vt qu gi tr nh mc

    10%;

    (7) Phm vi dao ng tn s in p xoay chiu u vo khng vt qu 2%;

    2.3 Chc nng ca sn phm.

    2.3.1 La chn phng thc iu khin

    Sn phm ny c nhiu phng thc iu khin c th p ng c la chn vn hnh trong

    cc iu kin lm vic khc nhau.

    (1) Phng thc theo di: L phng thc iu khin thng dng nht, thch hp vi phn ln

    cc ng dng lc bi, lc m, lc du cc hin trng cng nghip. Tn s tia la ca thit b

    c th iu tit, phm vi iu tit l : 4 ln/ mi pht ~ 120 ln/ mi pht. Trng thi tia la tn

    sut cao ph hp vi trng hp lc bi c nng cao, iu kin lm vic khc nghit, c th

    p ng c tc dng tng cng t l nhim in bi v tia la lm sch bi; trng thi tia

    la tn sut thp ph hp vi trng hp b lc bi khng in trng hoc tnh hnh lm vic

    n nh, ng thi m bo hiu sut lc bi li va gim bt lng cun ln ln 2 do phng

    in sinh ra trong in trng.

    (2) Phng thc theo di cng sut: Thch hp vi loi bi in tr t l cao, d xut hin

    trng hp ng dng ca phng in ngc. Khi phng thc theo di cng sut vn hnh, b

    iu khin vi tnh GAC-220 tng hp tnh hnh thay i cc tn hiu phn hi, t ng tm

    kim im lm vic tt nht, duy tr cng sut hu hiu cao nht a vo in trng.

    (3) Phng thc theo di in p: Phm vi thch hp ging phng thc theo di cng sut,

    duy tr in p cao nht a vo in trng.

    (4) Phng thc cp in mch xung ngt quung gin n: Thch hp vi trng hp bi in

    tr t l cao hoc nng bi rt thp. T l mch xung cao thp c 2 la chn : 1:2 v 1:4

    2.3.2 Chc nng bo v kim sot s c

    2.3.2.1 T kim tra bt my

    Khi bt my, b x l tin hnh t kim tra i vi phn chnh h thng, m hnh hin th qu

    trnh t kim tra, nu pht hin s c, thit b khng th khi ng, mn hnh hin th loi s

    c h thng, nh :

    2.3.2.2 Hin th kiu s c

    Trong vn hnh khi xut hin s c di y, h thng iu khin cnh bo, nhy cu dao ngt

    in ngun, v hin th loi s c :

    Qu dng ln 1, H mch ph ti, Chp mch ph ti

    2.3.2.3 Cnh bo nguy him th kh v nhit b bin p.

    Nhit b bin p vt qu gi tr thit lp cnh bo, t ng h thp dng in, in p u

    ra xung n 0; hin th cnh bo Nhit du bt thng. Khi ngi s dng ni vo tn

    hiu cnh bo cng ngh ngoi, nu kh CO vo qu cao, h thng iu khin pht ra nhc nh

    cnh bo v dng cao p u ra.

    2.3.3 Chc nng khng ch nhp nhy

    B iu khin vi tnh GAC-220 li dng 2 phng thc phn cng, phn mm ng thi kim

    tra v o lng tnh hnh bin i in trng, chnh xc nm bt c tn hiu nhp nhy

    in trng, ng thi cn c nng lng nhp nhy in trng t ng tnh ton s bn dao

    ng ng ngt ng chn tinh th. Nh th m bo khng xut hin tnh hnh ko h quang

    trong in trng, lm cho in trng t c in p bnh qun ln nht t nng cao

    hiu sut lc bi.

    2.3.4 Chc nng hi phc t ng

    Khi b iu khin vi tnh cm nhn cc nhn t gy nhiu bn ngoi, hoc in p in ngun

    t nhin h thp dn n khng th thc hin chng trnh (hin th Sai thng tin), b x l

    h thng trong thi gian thit lp t ng hi phc v tr, v hi phc v trng thi trc khi b

    nhiu.

    2.3.5 Chc nng thng tin t xa.

    B iu khin vi tnh GAC-220 c sn chc nng thng tin t xa , thng qua trang thit lp h

    thng c th thit lp a ch my. my ch b thit lp dng dy tng thng tin CAN lin kt

    b iu khin hin trng vi my v tr thao tc, my v thao tc c th gim st khng

    ch trc tip in p, dng in v trng thi vn hnh ca cc thit b chnh lu, ng thi c

    th iu tit thng s v phng thc vn hnh ca cc thit b.

    Chc nng chnh u ni thng tin dy tng hin trng CAN c c im nh sau:

    1. Ph hp vi quy phm CAN2.0A, s dng k hiu nh du k t tiu chun 11 v tr.

    2. Ph hp vi quy phm DeviceNET. Tip im mng ln nht c th t 64 im

    4. Dng dy xon kp chng nhiu truyn dn (cng c th dng cp ng trc hoc

    cp quang truyn dn)

    5. Kt cu TOPO dy tng: Dy chnh/dy nhnh. Phng thc chnh ph, my trn v tr

    thao tc l my chnh, cc my b iu khin thit b cao p l my ph, ly phng

    thc tun t my ch thng tin . di dy chnh 500m(Cp to). Tng di dy nhnh

    150m, dy nhnh n si di nht 6m, u cui cn thit thm in tr u cui vi

    c tnh khng tr cp in tng ng.

    6. Theo phng thc k t cp II DeviceNET phi hp lin kt ID, thit b MACID c th

    l a ch gc v mc tiu , c 6 v tr ch s vo, nhiu nht c th lin kt 64 thit

    b; 3 v tr ID, c th nh ngha 8 loi thng bo khc nhau. Ngi s dng sau khi xc

    nh hng mc, c th cung cp c th ID v cch thc s liu ngi s dng lp trnh.

    Chng III. Kch thc ngoi hnh v t hp thnh sn phm

    3.1 T hp thnh sn phm

    Thit b chnh lu dng cho lc bi tnh in cao p thng thng gm : T iu khin, b

    bin p chnh lu v in tr gim dn cu to thnh. Nu ngi s dng la chn kiu b

    bin p chnh lu dng ngoi tri (dy ra cnh cao p), c th cn c vo yu cu ngi s

    dng phi hp t cu dao cch ly cao p.

    3.2 T iu khin

    T iu khin c : Cao 2m * rng 0.6m * su 0.6m,

    Cao 2.2m * rng 0.8m * su 0.6m,

    Cao 2.2m * rng 0.6m * su 0.6m,

    Trong t 2 m dy ra, dy vo u phn y; t 2.2m c 2 loi dy vo, ra phn y

    v loi dy vo nh (dy ci), ra phn y la chn. Dy tn hiu, dy iu khin

    ca tt c 3 loi t u c ni vo t y t. S km theo (1), (2) phn bit ngoi hnh

    3 loi t iu khin.

    3.3 B bin p chnh lu

    B bin p chnh lu l kiu t lm ngui ngm du, bao gm 2 loi ln : Chnh lu tng p

    xoay chiu v chnh lu xp cu silic cao p.

    Theo tiu chun quc gia kin ngh dng in mt chiu u ra nh mc ca b bin p

    chnh lu, loi ph thng gm 12 loi: 0.05A, 0.1A, 0.2A, 0.4A, 0.6A, 0.8A, 1.0A, 1.2A,

    1.4A, 1.6A, 1.8A, 2.0A; in p mt chiu u ra nh mc gm 7 loi: 40kV, 60kV,

    72kV, 90kV, 100kV, 120kV, 150kV .

    Ngoi in p, dng in nh mc ca loi ph thng nh trn ra, cng ty chng ti c th

    cung cp theo yu cu khch hng.

    3.4 in tr gim dn.

    in tr gim dn ghp ni tip gia u ra cao p b bin p chnh lu vi in trng b lc

    bi, l linh kin bo v trong h thng mch in thit b chnh lu, n c tc dng hn ch

    dng in xung kch trong qu trnh vn hnh, c tc dng quan trng trong vic bo v mch

    in b iu khin.

    i vi b bin p chnh lu dy ra cnh kiu ngoi tri phi hp t cu dao cch ly cao p,

    thng thng in tr gim dn lp t trong t cu dao, cng sut v in tr ca in tr

    gim dn la chn theo ph lc 2 Bng tham s linh kin chnh ng hi chnh.

    3.5 T cu dao v cu dao cch ly cao p.

    Cu dao cch ly cao p dng lin kt u dy vo cao p vi u ra cao p ca b bin p

    chnh lu hoc lin kt vi tip t u vo cao p in trng, m bo an ton cho nhn vin

    khi kim tu b lc bi in.

    Cu dao cch ly cao p v t cu dao khng phi l thit b ng b thng thng i km ca

    thit b chnh lu dng cho b lc bi tnh in cao p, n l linh kin cung cp thm cho

    ngi s dng la chn.

    T cu dao cch ly cao p thng thng phi hp s dng vi b bin p chnh lu kiu ngoi

    tri, v c b tr gia thng bo n vi b chnh lu, lin kt gia mt bch chp bo v cao

    p ca b bin p chnh lu kiu ra cnh vi mt bch u vo t cu dao. Hng cao p dn ra

    v dn vo ca t cu dao cch ly cao p v hng thao tc thng ngt ca cu dao cch ly cao

    p do nh s dng cn c vo b tr hin trng xc nh.

    B bin p chnh lu kiu trong nh khi phi hp cu dao cch ly cao p, c th lp cu dao

    cch ly cao p trn tng phng cch ly cao p. cu dao cch ly cao p n cc m in trng

    b lc bi dng cp in cao p lin kt.

    Cu dao cch ly cao p thng thng dng kiu 2 im hoc 3 im, nh s 1, 2. Phng

    thc dn ng ca tay thao tc dn ng vi tay cu dao c 2 loi trc trc tip dn ng v

    thng qua trc mm dn ng. di trc mm c th do ngi s dng xc nh khi t hng,

    thng thng l 10m.

    Cu dao cch ly cao p kiu 2 im c 2 trng thi v tr: in trng lin kt cao p v in

    trng tip t.

    Cu dao cch ly cao p kiu 3 im c 3 trng thi v tr:

    - u ra cao p b bin p chnh lu lin kt cc m in trng ny

    - Tip t cc m in trng ny, u ra cao p b bin p chnh lu lin kt vi dy

    ci cao p, cp in cho cc in trng khc

    - Tip t u ra cao p ca b bin p chnh lu ny. chuyn i in trng ny ti

    dy ci cao p, do b bin p chnh lu khc cp in.

    Cu dao cch ly cao p c km theo tip im ph tr, c th dng hin th n trng thi v tr

    v lm tip im lin ng an ton khi ng cao p.

    Chng IV : Nguyn l lm vic

    4.1 S nguyn l h thng

    S (10): S nguyn l in kh h thng thit b chnh lu dng cho lc bi tnh in

    cao p kiu GGAJ02(HX).

    Chng V : Lp t v s dng thit b

    5.1 La chn thit b

    B bin p chnh lu phn thnh 2 loi: Loi trong nh v loi ngoi tri. B bin p chnh lu

    kiu trong nh, cao p u ra ca n t phn nh ln vung gc dn ra, in tr gim dn c

    th trc tip lp t trn phn nh bnh s cao p, cao p thng qua cp in cao p lin kt

    n v tr dy vo cao p ca b lc bi.

    B bin p chnh lu kiu ngoi tri thng thng lt t trn phn nh b lc bi, cao p mt

    chiu dn ra t mt bn. Thng thng gia b bin p v thng bo n cc m lp t t

    cu dao cch ly cao p.

    5.2 Kim tra th nghim v nghim thu thit b

    5.2.1 Nghim thu m thng

    Sau khi thit b vn chuyn n hin trng nh s dng, phi theo theo chi tit gi hng i

    chiu thit b vi tn, k hiu, s lng trn chi tit.

    5.2.2 Kim tra ngoi quan

    M thng v ng thi kim tra ngoi quan thit b, nu pht hin hng do vn chuyn phi

    lp tc lin h vi nh vn chuyn v nh sn xut.

    5.2.3 Nghim thu th nghim thit b.

    Sau khi thit b thng qua vn chuyn trc khi lp t tin hnh kim tra th nghim. Hng

    mc th nghim c th cn c vo yu cu ca ngi s dng v iu kin hin trng xc

    nh. Thng thng c nhng hng mc sau:

    + Kim tra li treo b bin p chnh lu

    Tin hnh kim tra li treo hin trng sch s v kh hu kh ro, sng sa. Du chy ra t

    u hon thnh thit lp b iu khin thng thng, theo cc thao tc sau c th hon thnh

    qu trnh bt, dng my.

    * Thao tc bt my:

    a) T phi in cp in cho iu khin cao p, trn mt t n HW- Ngun in dy

    vo sng.

    b) Cng tc chnh (SA1) v tr M, b iu khin v ng hi thao tc c in,

    Ngun in iu khin trn mt t (HW) n sng.

    c) Sau khi h thng t kim tra hon thnh, v tr cu dao Ngun in ng hi

    chnh chuyn n v tr M, n Vn hnh cao p(HR) sng, n nt Vn hnh, in p

    u ra t t tng ln, h thng i vo lm vic bnh thng.

    * Thao tc dng my:
