On 2009 I had the opportunity to write this article for the magazine “Legally Speaking” which was distributed in Venezuela national wide. I wrote the article in order to explain the audience what is the Model of United Nations about. As a result, I improved my confidence and my writing skills.

I have participated in more than 20 Models of the United Nations, in which participants take the role of a country and debate issues that currently are happening worldwide. As a result of this experience, I developed analytical thinking, persuasive techniques, problem solving and presentation skills.

I got these two certificates after completing first a “Leadership and Emotional Intelligence course” on March, 2009 and second an “Oratory and Efficient Communication course” on September, 2009. These courses allowed me to network with many professionals. I also improved my communication skills and my teamwork abilities.

I participated in the ”V International Conference Against Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism”. This conference took place on July, 2009 in Caracas-Venezuela. There were 22 experts that presented different topics regarding money laundering and financing of terrorism. In this conference, I learned all the basic knowledge about these two organized crimes, how the crisis could increase the number of cases and the different methods used by the criminals.

I represented in the “VI International Conference Against Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism” a law firm called “Alejandro Rebolledo.” In that conference I promoted the services offered by the firm and I also sold the book that was written by the director of that institution. As a result, I learned how to communicate with professionals and I developed my selling skills.
