    Cu 01: nh ngha, tnh nng ca B Tng Cng Cao?

    nh ngha: BT CC l loi b tng c bit, c cng nn 28 ngy, mu th hnh tr

    (15x30cm) > 55 Mpa, vi mu lp phng >60 Mpa S dng t l N/X thp, cc khong siu

    mn, cc cht siu do v cc ct liu truyn thng

    Tnh nng: Cng nn, cng ko khi un, cc bin dng (co ngt, t bin, nhit thy

    ha), c tnh v nhit, bn, tnh dnh bm ct thp, tnh cng tc.

    - Cng chu nn cao (c th ti 100Mpa), c v n hi hn b tng thng, m dun n hi

    Cu 02: Thit k thnh phn B Tng Cng Cao?

    Cu 03: Vt liu ch to B Tng Cng Cao?

    Xi mng, Ct liu, Cht kt dnh ph (SF, FA), Cht siu do, Nc.

    - Xi mng: PC30, PC40, PC50, PC60

    + Nn chn xi mng c cng cao nht c th.

    + vit nam: dng xi mng PC40 tr ln, khng dng PC 40.

    - Ct liu:

    + vi, granit, bazan c cng ln hn 100 MPa

    + Cp phi ht theo tiu chun VN hoc tiu chun ASTM D448

    + i vi ct: dng ct ht ln c m dun ln ca ct Mk = 2.6-3.1

    + Chn cc ct liu c D nh :9.5-19mm hoc 10-20mm

    - Cht kt dnh ph:

    + Mui silic: micro silica nhn c t qu trnh luyn thp, c cc tnh nng:

    SiO2 > 98%, ng knh ht d=0.1micro met, ht l cu trc v nh hnh

    + Tro bay: c lng oxit . 45%, phn ln l CaO, h s nh hng 0.4-0.5 so vi xi mng. c

    - Cht siu do: gm 3 loi chnh:

    + linin sunfurat t gc thin nhin (lignosulfonat) : gim nc 20%, tang st 2 ln (s=12+-

    Ch khi thit k dng h s gim nc a=0.1-0.3

    - Nc : s dng nc m bo yu cu v ha hc.

    Cu 04: Hng ng dng ca B Tng Cng Cao?

    ng dng 3 lnh vc chnh: nh cao tng, cc kt cu ngoi bin, kt cu cu.

    + Cht kt dnh: XM cp 40 60 (MPa)

    + Mui silic: 0.25X

    + Cht siu do m bo chy lan 600 (mm): 25 40 (lit/m3)

    + Ct si thp: polime, chim 1 2% theo th tch.

    Cu 06: Tnh nng B Tng Cng Siu Cao?

    Cng chu nn: vi mu d = 10, H = 20 (cm) th fc = 120 250 (MPa).

    Cng chu ko khi un: fku = 15 20 (MPa).

    Ngoi ra cn c mt s tnh nng c bit: chu tc ng ca va chm tt hn nhiu b tng thng.
