Distinctive flavours and authentic recipes from across regional india, prepared by india's best chefs using the finest and freshest ingredients and cooked the age old traditional way - the delhi deli way - either barbecued in our special 400c clay ovens (tandoor), slow-cooked in a traditional copper pot (haandi) or stir-fried on an iron griddle (tawa). At delhi deli, we believe to produce the ultimate dining-in experience for you, great food must be complimented by equally great customer service. We use state of the art technology, making order taking and giving from you seamless - taking only seconds. Our dishes are packed in specially made delhi deli tubs, retaining heat longer and avoiding spillage - giving you mess free, piping hot food delivered right to your door by our drivers on our distinctive delhi deli delivery mopeds - ready for serving. Our Executive chef Binod Baral was trained in India and Nepal at an early age in his families very own restaurant, which has been running for many decades, Binod has refined his culinary skills from the very best restaurants in the UK. Binod started Delhi Deli in 2003 and later moved on to lead The Bombay Bicycle Club as an Executive Chef where he remained for nearly 5 years before coming back to his spiritual home - Delhi Deli.
