To secure a long trouble free run, the system is protected with high pressure filter at pump delivery line and return oil filter at tank line. All pressure filters have indicator for clogged up element. The hydraulic system is connected to oil cooler enabling the exchange of heat with the fresh air by means of thermostat control. The hydraulic flow is distributed from a central mounted proportional load sensing manoeuvre valve. The control of the valves is normally remote with electrical cable connection. The tank is equipped with air breather filter, thermometer, oil level gauge, and drain plug. A hand-pump is installed to push the hydraulic oil into return filter of the tank in order to ensure that new oil is filtered when refilling. The oil tank is pressurised. Hydraulic hoses conforms to CE.
1.06 MAIN WINCH ON MAST TOP: The rig is equipped with a hydraulically powered winch, with automatic hydraulically opened brake. The rig is delivered with non rotating wire, completed with thimble, clamps and safety hook.
