1.- ANTECEDENTES Y OBJETO DEL ESTUDIO

El tramo de estudio abarca los aproximadamente 2200 metros que ya contemplaba en su momento

el documento denominado "ESTUDIO HIDRÁULICO DEL RIO HERRERÍAS A SU PASO POR LA

POBLACIÓN DE GORDEXOLA (BIZKAIA)", redactado en octubre de 2009 por la empresa HMG

Ingeniería y Consultoría para la Agencia Vasca del Agua, Uragentzia (en adelante, URA). Dicho tramo se

corresponde, según se cita literalmente en el mencionado documento, con "(...) el tramo comprendido entre

la sección inicial, definida a unos 250 metros aguas abajo del nuevo puente del barrio de Zubiete- y la

sección aguas arriba definida 150 metros antes del puente existente en el barrio de Oxinando.(...)".

El estudio inicial a que anteriormente se hacía referencia refería que "(...) El objeto del trabajo es

determinar la influencia del nuevo polígono respecto a la inundabilidad de la zona en la Situación Original

–estado existente previo a su construcción-, así como también evaluar las posibles actuaciones tendentes a

disminuir las afecciones derivadas en época de avenidas, atendiendo al estado actual de los terrenos,

edificaciones e infraestructuras existentes. (...)".

En cambio, el presente estudio tiene por objeto valorar la afección que la pasarela peatonal, que se

prevé construir unos metros aguas arriba del antiguo azud, pueda generar sobre el entorno desde el punto de

vista puramente hidráulico.

Así pues, el presente Estudio Hidráulico tiene por objeto definir la posición en planta y alzado

de la pasarela, valorando claramente su influencia sobre las condiciones del flujo y sobre el cauce en sí

mismo.

2.- SITUACIONES DE CÁLCULO

Se estudian las siguientes tres situaciones en el cauce del río Herrerías:

Estado ACTUAL tras la demolición del azud. Situación obtenida del estudio hidráulico de 2009.

Estado ACTUAL, con el azud demolido. Esta situación ha sido obtenida del estudio hidráulico existente redactado en octubre de 2009; se aumenta la densidad de datos al añadirse la sección 904, la cual no fue considerada en el estudio hidráulico original de URA.

Estado PROYECTADO, con el azud demolido. Esta situación ha sido calculada para el presente estudio hidráulico por ASTIV INGENIERÍA. Para ello se ha introducido la sección 904 (aguas arriba de la pasarela proyectada) y la propia pasarela en la sección 902, de las dimensiones definidas en el proyecto de ejecución.

Para cada una de ellas se establecerán las correspondientes manchas de inundación para los periodos de

retorno de 10, 100 y 500 años y se podrá comparar el efecto que cada actuación tiene sobre dichas manchas.

3.- CONDICIONES DE CONTORNO

De acuerdo con el mencionado Estudio, las condiciones de contorno consideradas en el cálculo han sido las siguientes:

" (...) Para la determinación de las condiciones de borde se consideraron los siguientes criterios: - Condiciones de simulación en régimen subcrítico - Flujo Unidimensional en régimen permanente, gradualmente variado. - Condiciones de Borde: Caudales constantes por tramos, incidiendo en las Secciones de control

(primera sección aguas arriba del tramo) y niveles de agua constante desde la última sección aguas abajo. (...)

(...) Caudales: serie de caudales que se corresponden con las avenidas de cálculo que surgen

de aplicación de las gráficas del PHNII Condición de borde: Calado normal en la sección aguas abajo correspondiente a una pendiente

de la línea de energía igual al 0,464 %. (...) " Estas mismas condiciones de contorno son las aplicadas en el presente modelo.

4.- MODELOS REALIZADOS

Con los condicionantes antes descritos, y para las situaciones que se hace necesario estudiar, se

modelizan los siguientes tres casos:

ACTUAL

Tras la demolición del azud. Situación obtenida del estudio hidráulico de 2009.

ACTUAL (Con sección 904)

Con el azud. Esta situación ha sido obtenida del estudio hidráulico existente redactado en octubre de 2009; se aumenta la densidad de datos al añadirse la sección 904, la cual no fue considerada en el estudio hidráulico original de URA.

PROYECTADO (Con sección 904 + pasarela)

con el azud demolido. Esta situación ha sido calculada para el presente estudio hidráulico por ASTIV INGENIERÍA. Para ello se ha introducido la sección 904 (aguas arriba de la pasarela proyectada) y la propia pasarela en la sección 902.

5.- MODELOS OBTENIDOS.

5.1.- ESTADO ACTUAL (SIN SECCIÓN 904)

Las manchas de inundación que se obtienen al correr el modelo HEC-Ras ver. 4.011 son las

siguientes:

6.- CONCLUSIONES FINALES

La cota de tablero de la pasarela es, como mínimo, la resultante de sumar a la cota de la

lámina de agua para T500 en el punto de colocación de la pasarela (p.k. 902) los 50 cm. que el condicionante impone. La cota de la Q500 en este punto es 68,15, con lo que la cara inferior del centro del vano de la pasarela quedará en la cota 68,70 para cumplir con el resguardo de 0,5 metros mencionado. Esto se cumple escrupulosamente en la parte central, si bien en los apoyos se parte de 5 cm por encima de la cota de la lámina de agua correspondiente a la Q500 (68,20), dado que elevar estos arranques a la cota del centro del vano supondría un desarrollo de rampas que produciría como efecto una mayor ocupación del terreno al tener que satisfacer la normativa en materia de Accesibilidad, además de invadirse la calle que discurre paralelo al cauce, por lo que la opción de subir los arranques resulta inviable.

Es necesario indicar que, al introducirse en el cálculo una sección intermedia como es la 904, aumenta la densidad de datos y por lo tanto, la precisión del modelo, frente al original de URA en el que la mencionada sección 904 no figuraba; por lo tanto, existen diferencias lógicas entre el estudio original de URA y el presente estudio, derivadas de la mayor densidad de datos presentes en este estudio hidráulico frente al original. En cualquier caso, los resultados derivados de la introducción de la sección transversal 904 no alteran las consideraciones del proyecto ni varían en absoluto la cota de la pasarela, por lo que se mantiene el diseño original.

Las pilas que dan soporte a las rampas de acceso tienen sección circular.

Los estribos se conforman como muretes de 1 m de espesor, con forma hidrodinámica (tajamares circulares de 1 m de diámetro en ambos extremos), a favor de la dirección del agua.

El estribo y rampa de acceso de la margen izquierda se situan fuera de la zona de flujo preferente. el detalle donde figura la zona de flujo preferente correspondiente a la situación de la pasarela es el siguiente:

En base al presente estudio hidráulico se considera que la pasarela proyectada cumple con los condicionantes impuestos por la Agencia Vasca del Agua.
