• Vantaggi: macchina compatta, adatta per qualsiasi tipo di lavorazione artigianale o industriale. Le punte affi late quindi sono sempre disponibili, con un risparmio di tempo e dei costi. La stessa macchina può essere attrezzata con 3 diverse mole ed è provvista di supporti e guide per la creazione di angoli di taglio mediante semplice regolazione manuale. Con la stessa mola si possono riaffi lare circa 2000 punte, poi è necessario rifare il profi lo della mola con il ravvivatore.

• Benefi ts: compact machine useful for every craft workshop and industry. The sharp bits are always available, saving time and cutting costs. The same machine can be set with 3 different wheels and is fi tted with supports and guides for creating cutting angles by means of simple hand adjustments. With the same wheel it is possibile to resharp about 2000 drills, then you need to make the wheel profi le again with the wheel dresser.

• Application: machine for re-sharpening drills using a grinding wheel with preset angels.

Bohrerschleifgerät für:· Dübellochbohrer Art. 015, 016, 021, 027· Bohrer mit gerundetem Vorschneider: Art. LASER· Durchgangsbohrer Art. 024, 025, 026

• Vorteile: kompaktes Gerät, geeignet für jede gewerbliche oder industrielle Bearbeitung. Es stehen daher stets geschärfte Bohrer zur Verfügung, was Zeit und Kosten spart. Das gleiche Gerät kann mit 3 verschiedenen Schleifscheiben ausgerüstet werden und wird mit Halterungen und Führungen zur Erzeugung von Schneidewinkeln durch einfache Handverstellung geliefert. Mit einer Schleifscheibe können in etwa 2000 Bohrer nachgeschliffen werden, dann muss das Scheibenprofi l mit einem Scheibenabdrehwerkzeug nachgearbeitet werden.

• Einsatz: Nachschleifgerät für Bohrer mittels Schleifscheibe mit vorgegebenen Winkeln.

• Ventajas: máquina compacta, apta para cualquier tipo de mecanizado artesanal o industrial. Las brocas afi ladas están siempre a disposición, con ahorro de tiempo y costes. La misma máquina puede estar equipada con tres distintas muelas y provista de soportes y guías para la creación de ángulos de corte mediante una sencilla regulación manual. Con la misma muela se pueden afi lar unas dos mil brocas; superada esta cantidad, es necesario reconstruir el perfi l de la muela con el rectifi cador.

• Uso: máquina afi labrocas mediante muela con ángulos predefi nidos.
