ปีบริหารใหม่ เกือบทุกสโมสรได้ฤกษ์เปิดการประชุมนดัแรกกัน

ไปแล้ว ด้วยการเริ่มต้นที่เป็นนิมิตรหมายที่ดี e-news ฉบับนี้

ดิฉนั ได้น�าสารจากท่านประธานมูลนธิิโรตารีสากลภาค 3330 ให้

ท่านศึกษาให้เข้าใจในแนวทางที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากเดิมที่เคย

ปฏิบัติ อย่าพลาดนะคะ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งประธานมูลนธิิโรตา

รีสโมสรและท่านนายกสโมสร ต้องขอขอบคุณสโมสรที่ส่งภาพ

Dear Fellow Rotarians,

You probably had seen the 1st issue of

e-news along with the welcoming of the

new Rotary year. Almost every club had

their first meeting with a good chance. In

this issue of e-news, I have published the

message from the District 3330 Founda-

tion Chairman so that you will study to

understand the way you used to practice

before. Please don’t miss it, especially

club foundation chairman and president. I

would like to thank those who sent in a lot

of activity pictures to the district’s public

relation team. We will try to publish them

all. Last but not least, any club that had

not registered for the Foundation, Member-

ship and Club Trainers Training Seminars

to be held on August 6, 2011 in Nakhon-

pathom please do not hesitate. This was

the message from the host chairman. Also

thank you PP.Asa Saligupta for translating

every issues of e-news into English.

ก่อนอื่นขอแสดงความยินดีกับนายกสโมสรทุกสโมสรที่ท่านจะท�า

หน้าที่ผู้น�าสโมสรในปีบริหาร 2554-2555 ในส่วนของมูลนธิิโรตารี ผม

ในฐานะประธานคณะกรรมการมูลนธิิโรตารีภาค อยากขอความร่วมมือ

ท่านนายกสโมสรทุก ๆ ท่าน กรุณาน�าสิ่งที่ปรากฏอยู่ในเอกสารทุกฉบับ

ที่ผมส่งให้ทุกท่าน ช่วยเผยแพร่ให้กับสมาชิกในสโมสรรับทราบด้วย

สมาชิกในสโมสรของท่านจะได้ทราบความคืบหน้าเกี่ยวกับมูลนธิิโรตารี

ที่สมาชิกของท่านได้บริจาคเงินให้กับมูลนธิิโรตารีอย่างสม�่าเสมอเพราะ

ท่านจะเป็นผู้ที่สื่อสารกับสมาชิกของท่านได้ใกล้ชิดที่สุดมากกว่าผู้อื่น ผม

อยากท�าความเข้าใจในการเปลี่ยนแปลงและสิ่งที่ก�าลังจะเกิดขึ้นในปีบริ

หาร 2554-2555 ดังนี้

1. สโมสรที่ได้รับสิทธ์ิในการท�าโครงการทุนสนับสนนุระดับภาค

ผมจะจัดส่งใบสมัครขอทุนไปให้ท่านและรายละเอียดเอกสารที่จ�าเป็น

ต้องใช้ให้กับท่าน เพื่อด�าเนนิการกรอกและส่งกลับมายังประธานคณะ

อนกุรรมการทุนสนับสนนุของภาค อน.เฉลิมฉตัร จันทร์อินทร์

2. สโมสรที่ได้รับทุนสนับสนนุระดับโลก กรุณาเตรียมโครงการ

และด�าเนนิการหาผู้อุปถัมภ์ต่างประเทศด่วน ถ้าท่านสงสัยประการใด

สามารถติดต่อผมได้ตลอดเวลา

3. ในวันที่ 6 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2554 จะมีการจัดการสัมมนามูลนธิิ

โรตารีภาคที่โรงแรมรีเวอร์ จังหวัดนครปฐม ถึงแม้ว่าจะมีข้อก�าหนดให้

ประธานคณะกรรมการมูลนธิิโรตารีของสโมสรเข้าสัมมนาเท่านัน้ แต่ผม

อยากเชิญชวนให้ท่านน�าพาสมาชิกของสโมสรเข้าร่วมสัมมนาให้มากที่สุด

เพื่อท�าความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับมูลนธิิโรตารี ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการบริจาคเงิน หรือ

การท�าโครงการต่าง ๆ

4. ตามข้อตกลงระหว่างภาคทุกภาคในประเทศไทยกับผู้แทนการ

เงินของโรตารีสากล การบริจาคเงินเข้ามูลนธิิโรตารีของสโมสร ขอให้ส่ง

เงินบริจาคมาที่ประธานคณะกรรมการมูลนธิิโรตารีภาคเท่านัน้ เพราะ

ประธานฯ จะได้จัดท�าบัญชีและติดตามการยกย่องต่าง ๆ ที่ผู้บริจาคจะ

ได้รับอย่างใกล้ชิด ดังนัน้ ในปีบริหาร 2554-2555 ขอให้ท่านจัดส่งเงิน

บริจาคของมูลนธิิโรตารีมายังผมเท่านัน้ เมื่อผมได้รับแล้วผมจะแจ้งท่าน

กลับทันที และจะรีบด�าเนนิการส่งต่อให้กับผู้แทนการเงินของโรตารีสากล

5. ปีนี้ ภาค 3330 จะท�าโครงการ ทีมฝึกอบรมด้านอาชีพกับภาค

9710 ประเทศออสเตรเลีย โดยภาค 9710 จะส่งทีมกลุ่มศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยน

Dear Club Presidents,

First of all let me congratulate all of the club presidents

who will be leading your clubs in the year 2011 – 2012. About

the Foundation, I, as the District Rotary Foundation Chair,

would like to ask for your corporation to spread out all of

the documents that I send you to your members so that your

members will know the advancement of the Rotary Foundation

that your members had donated the money too on a regular

basis. You will be the one who will be able to communicate to

your members closer than anyone else. I would like to make

sure you understand the changes and what is going to happen

in the year 2011 – 2012 as follow:

1. The club that gains the right to do projects of district

level grant, I will send the application form to you plus all the

necessary documents so that you may fill them and send back

to the Grant chair, PP.Chalermchat Chun-in.

2. The clubs that received the Global Grants, please pre-

pare your projects and look for host clubs/districts abroad as

soon as possible. If you have any doubt, you can contact me

at anytime.

3. On August 6, 2011, there will be a Rotary Foundation

Seminar at the River Hotel, Nakhonpathom. Even though this

seminar will be for the club’s Rotary Foundation chair only, I

would like to invite you to bring as many of your members to

the seminar as possible to understand the Foundation such as

the donation or to do various projects.

4. According to the agreement of all districts in Thailand

and the Rotary International Fiscal Agency, the donation to

the Rotary Foundation must be made to the District Rotary

Foundation Chair only because the chairman can make an ac-

count and closely follow up on honouring the donors. So, in

the year 2011 – 2012, please send the donation to the Rotary

Foundation to me only. When I have received them, I will

5. This year, the District 3330 RI will do a project of

Vocational Training with District 9710 in Australia and the

District 9710 will send their GSE team to our district. You

will be informed about more details in the Foundation Seminar

in August as per #3.

All of the above, I would like you to share with the

members in your clubs and I will try to send the information

on the Rotary Foundation to you as much as I can. If any

members have any doubt about the Rotary Foundation, please

contact me at anytime.
