差額向運房局提出索償。 All refund made under this Scheme will be in Hong Kong Dollars. If any other currency other than Hong Kong Dollars was the sole payment currency accepted by the course provider/examination authority, for the purpose of calculating the refund amount, Transport and Housing Bureau (THB) will convert the fee at the Hong Kong Association of Banks (HKAB) mid-market rate (i.e. mid-point between the opening selling and buying TT rates) on the 1 April preceding the course/examination. Under no circumstances the applicant can claim THB for any exchange loss arising from the exchange rate fluctuation.
