In the early stage of mixing, material is churned up to the upper part of the tank by the lower blade. Then, as the mixing action proceeds, the material moves up and down within the tank by transverse rotation and in synergy with the guide plate and upper blade. This is the principle of “uniform mixing in a short time” .

In the early stage of mixing, material is churned up to the upper part of the tank by the lower blade. Then, as the mixing action proceeds, the material moves up and down within the tank by transverse rotation and in synergy with the guide plate and upper blade. This is the principle of “uniform mixing in a short time” .

混合初期段階で、下羽根により素材はタンク上部に跳ね上げられます。その後、混合が進むにつれ横方向の回転運動と案内板および上羽根の相乗効果により、タンク内の上下方向に素材は動きます。これが “短時間均一混合” の原理です。

In the early stage of mixing, material is churned up to the upper part of the tank by the lower blade. Then, as the mixing action proceeds, the material moves up and down within the tank by transverse rotation and in synergy with the guide plate and upper blade. This is the principle of “uniform mixing in a short time” .
