Journal of Technology and Chinese Language Teaching (JTCLT) is a
peer-reviewed publication
(both online and in hard copy) in companion to the successful
international conference series on
Technology and Chinese Language Teaching (TCLT, www.tclt.us)
since 2000.
JTCLT will publish UNPUBLISHED (conference proceedings does not
count as formal
publication) articles and reviews on the issues related to
technology and Chinese language
learning and teaching, including qualitative and quantitative
research articles and reviews of
software applications, multimedia textbooks, and other (online)
materials and resources. All
manuscripts submitted will be reviewed by at least two
reviewers, either from the editorial board
or invited from outside for specific topics. Manuscripts are
sent to reviewers anonymously.

2 亚洲文化 Asian Culture
《亞洲文化》(Asia Culture) 是新加坡亞洲研究學會的學報。學會創辦於 1982年 2月 16
日。該會在新加坡由辜美高、呂振端、李元謹、陳田啟等學人創辦，旨在推廣文化學術，
首重東南亞地區華人的研究。二十幾年來，出版亞洲研究雙語學術年刊《亞洲文化》，叢
書 10餘種，東南亞史料叢刊，英文學術叢刊，以海外華人研究專題占多數。《亞洲文化》
自 1983年 2月創刊，至 2010年一共出版了 34期。自創刊以來，《亞洲文化》即吸引東南
亞及海外的學者投稿，發展至今，已成為東南亞與華人研究的重要期刊，期刊投稿內容可
以下列分類：哲學、宗教、民俗、社會學、政治、國際關係、法律、教育、經濟、語言、
文學、藝術、 歷史、地理、傳記和大眾傳播。投稿的文章內容集中在東南亞與華人研究領

1940年成立於新
加坡的南洋學會（South Seas Society）所發行的學報。學會創辦人包括著名東南亞學者許
雲樵、張禮千、姚楠、作家郁達夫和中國的學者李長傅等。《南洋學報》是東南亞刊齡最
