Elaine Frazee is the Chief Operating Officer with CommSol, Inc. and is also an accomplished ballet dancer and choreographer. Ms. Frazee began her dancing career at the age of seven in California when she studied with Mildred Ann (Mauldin) Arnold, affectionately known to her students as “Miss Millie.” Miss Millie brought an extensive dancing background to her students from motion pictures, Broadway, the Los Angeles Civic Light Opera, American Ballet School and as a soloist at the famed Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo. Ms. Frazee began professionally performing in 1966 when she danced in the movie “What Did You Do In The War Daddy?” starring James Coburn. In 1967, she performed with the San Francisco Ballet Company in the Nutcracker Ballet at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. Over the next few years, she performed 11 times at the Hollywood Bowl. In June 1969, while dancing with the San Fernando West Valley ballet company, they won two first place awards in the junior and senior competition at the La Mirada Fiesta de Artes. In addition, Ms. Frazee has performed several times at the famed Wilshire Ebel Theater and special performances at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. She was honored with a scholarship to the San Francisco Ballet company in 1971. That same year, she performed in A Christmas Concert with Carmen Dragon conducting the Glendale Symphony Orchestra dancing in the “Skater’s Waltz” also known as Le Patineurs. She then performed at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in 1974 as part of the Bob Banas’ Musical Dance Company. Ms. Frazee then entered the corporate world in the IT arena. She initially worked with System Development Corporation resolving problems related to that company’s General Ledger and Document Distribution Systems. She moved to Great Western Bank where she designed, implemented and led the Retail Banking Systems Project portion of that bank’s Y2K program. Then, at US Sales Corporation, Ms. Frazee designed, developed and delivered the functional requirements for that company’s Customer Database Conversion to DB2. Elaine M. Frazee

She moved to WellPoint Health Networks, where she led the Portfolio, Program and Project initiative for Senior support, main client and bank interface coordination.Her final IT leadership role was with The Zenith National Insurance Company, where she was the Portfolio/Program Manager and single point-of-contact to business partners for all IT-related matters for the policy group.In 2008, Ms. Frazee joined CommSol, Inc., a communications and IT consulting company, as Chief Operating Officer and IT consultant.

Coincidently, she resumed her passion for ballet dancing with the California Dance Company and recently performed in the Nutcracker Suite.
