FYI. The message includes fliers to hand out to the public. They
stipulate that the Flamenco Beach roadwill be closed after 7 PM.
I'm not sure what agreement was reached previously, but my
understandingwas that the road was considered open to the public.
The muellecito area is a traditional camping area forsome older
Culebra residents, and the closure of the area started the previous
public outcry.
