ENKAHNZINVESTING IN THE FUTURE

EnKahnz is the physical manifestation of the creative talent of Naveed Khan, someone driven by investing his artistic flair into vehicle style and development and redefining the very concept of vehicle restoration and customisation.

As a teenager Naveed Khan was seeking inspiration to determine what he would do in his adult life, and on a visit to the ‘windy city’ Chicago in the late 1990s he found just that, he stumbled across the famous car customisation scene of the USA, and immediately realised what he wanted to do. He wanted to create a legendary brand in the field of automotive design, and raise the level in this sector of the automotive industry to a platform where it would be recognised as Art.

As his friends continued into higher education, like the bespoke nature of what he wanted to create he developed a training and education pathway tailored to giving him the skills he needed to turn peoples’ dreams into reality, but with a quality level that would ensure they stood the test of time. He acquired a whole spectrum of qualifications associated with automotive designs, winning national and regional awards, and then launched EnKahnz, and took the business from a dream to a 20 000 square foot, 20 man strong business, entertaining the needs and aspirations of the whole spectrum of modern British society.

EnKahnz is striving to bring back the position of the individual. The company recognises that the car holds a special place in peoples hearts, and with our talent to work with vehicles and refine them to beyond showroom standards, we also take pride in offering a premier accident repair management service. This service works with the whole spectrum of vehicle manufacturers, to insurer standards to ensure perfect results every time.

The EnKahnz Workshop

The Vision for EnKahnz is to create a legendary name in the vehicle customisation business, and allow people to genuinely experience automotive art. The way this is to be pursued is by capturing the imagination of all those who wish to walk this journey, regardless of their academic or social background, and create for them the platform required to manifest their creative talent on the motor vehicle.

EnKahnz recognises its social responsibility to create opportunities for all, and thus creates access points for those with the highest of degrees to no qualifications, with the simply entry criteria; a hunger to succeed. Furthermore, this criteria is not something drawn in isolation, but rather is actively fostered in the community, through taking the EnKahnz roadshow to colleges and training centres with a view of inspiring young people into action, and building self belief that they too can achieve their greatest of dreams; should they put their mind to it.This benevolent programme is made possible through the success of the business, which ultimately drives the social programme, and EnKahnz is able to fund its vast efforts to engage young people in the community through the success of the two core components of the business; Customs and Accident Repair Management.

However, 2010 is a year EnKahnz is planning to make a year in which we launch the EnKahnz Academy for Excellence.

EnKahnz emerged through a long journey characterised by the perseverance of its founder Naveed Khan. Despite its many challenges, this journey is one which is characterised by many very valuable lessons, which we are eager to utilise to benefit young people. Many a young person is unable to deliver within the confines of the educational establishment, yet are an embodiment of creative talent, for many this remains untapped for a lifetime. However EnKahnz has a vision to unleash the potential of all those young people with a desire to succeed in the automotive design and development industry, and be the facilitating force for those people to make their dreams a reality.

Naveed’s personal journey provides a highly motivational force; the Fiat to Ferrari story is one to this date which has enabled a number of people to turn their lives around. This ability EnKahnz wishes to encapsulate and build an academic and vocational infrastructure around and ensure in 2010, the best training academy for automotive design and development can emerge under the auspices of EnKahnz.

In order to make this reality, we are eager to engage key educational and training stakeholders, and fuse our automotive talent, technology and brand with their industry know how and launch the academy.

This is a vision which can be achieved, the only question we have, is with whom will EnKahnz choose to do this? If you are interested in being our partner in this endeavour, and joining the force which will revolutionalize the lives of thousands of young people, and maturing the whole industry, meet us.

With a view to realising our vision, we understand the importance of working with strategic partners. Those who are driven by pursuing excellence, and achieving success with a cross section of society with a view to challenging inequality, are partners EnKahnz is eager to engage.

EnKahnz are proud investors in Bradford, from working with charities to creating work placements for those who have failed the education system, EnKahnz seeks to mature success in the stakeholders of its enterprise. If you believe that you wish to work with EnKahnz to realise our vision, then let us explore the opportunity and see how we can deliver to the needs, desires and aspi-rations of the society in which we live.
