防錆被膜は電気絶縁性に優れ、銅に対して優れた防錆力を持っています。I ts restproof f i lm is excellent in electr ical insuiation and ensure fine rustproof especially to copper.

カッパーガード＃130、＃117は、プリント配線板の銅箔の防錆剤で､プリラックスと併用することにより､銅箔の酸化を完全に防止します｡特に銅スルホール部､パンチ穴加工部の銅箔等の防錆に非常に効果的です｡塗布方法としてはシャワーまたは浸漬方式が最適です。

COPPERGURD #130 and #117 are rustproof agent for copper foil of printed circuit boards. Oxidation of the copper foil is perfectly prevented by using this agent together with water-based protective coatings. Particularly, it is extremely effective for rustproofing copper foil burr in the processed part of punched holes and copper through holes. The optimum method of application is the shower or dipping process.

サーフブライト＃671は、プリント配線板を浸漬するだけで、銅箔表面の酸化物･油などの汚れを短時間で除去し､はんだのぬれを最良の状態にする表面処理剤です。サーフブライト＃676は、廃水処理を考慮した表面処理剤で、＃671と比較して、そのBOD、COD値は約1/3～1/5になっています。サーフブライトSE-30M-2Tは、プリント配線板の銅箔のソフトエッチング剤として開発された製品です。

SURFBRITE #671 quickly removes oxides, oils on the copper foil surface by simply dipping printed circuit boards. It is a copper surface conditioner which improves the wettability of the molten solder.SURFBRITE #676 is a surface conditioner that the waste water treatment takes into consideration. Compared with #671, the BOD and COD values of #676 are 1/3~1/5.SURFBRITE SE-30M-2T has been developed as soft etching agent for copper foil of printed circuit boards.
