IMPORTANTE!1 Para canjear su boleto de viaje, debe presentar su voucher o e-ticket o proporcionar el número de control o numero devoucher, en el lugar de embarque. Solo se puede viajar con un boleto de viaje.2 El boleto es personal e intransferible, valido para la fecha y hora de viaje. El pasajero deberá verificar sus datos en elboleto.3 Deberá presentarse en el Terminal 30 minutos antes de la hora de viaje para entregar su equipaje.4 El pasajero tiene derecho a 20 kilos de equipaje que contienen efectos personales corrientes (maletas, maletines y bolsos).El exceso será admitido previo pago de la tarifa vigente.5 Las postergaciones de viaje serán aceptadas hasta seis (06) horas de anticipación, las devoluciones con veinticuatro (24)horas de anticipación previo descuento del veinte (20) por ciento por gastos administrativos.
