Inspire! New ways of reaching your target groups
Your live demonstrationExperience, employer branding, and media highlight
A live demonstration is worth a thousand words, which is why the new Hall C6 is taking an innovative approach Make it your stage!
Use your live video to maximum effect to show just what your products and services can do Let your imagination run wild and reach your key target groups in a completely new way by offering them an experience
• Industry professionals
• New talent
• Media
Talent meets IndustryEngage with the talent of tomorrow
Talent meets Industry is the new integrated concept for acquiring new talent and specialist staff in Hall C6 Talent meets Industry is much more than a careers fair
The event successfully blends experience and information to pique visitors’ curiosity, for example with your demo Indeed, live demos of your products’ applications are the hall’s focal and defining element They are a magnet for target groups, draw people’s attention, and provide a framework for successfully appealing to pupils, students and young talent
The same goes for the electronica Makeathon, where participants from various software or hardware development fields work together to develop a useful, creative or entertaining solution in 24 hours
This makes electronics cool, exciting and relevant for pupils and students They also learn about careers and opportunities that you and the sector can offer This provides the perfect conditions for successful employer branding at electronica

e-ffwdelectronica Fast Forward— the Start-up Week powered by Elektor
In 2018, following a successful premiere in 2016, electronica Fast Forward, the electronica Start-up Week powered by Elektor and the lucrative electronica Fast Forward Award will once again forge links between prototypes and start-ups on the one hand and established companies on the other
After all, companies seeking to continue their success into the future need intelligent, prag-matic and pioneering solutions Many experts regard the maker scene as a “third industrial revolution,” set to fundamentally change our economy and society They anticipate that it will provide a similar creative stimulus to that trig- gered by the Internet in the 1990s
e-ffwd consists of three main features:
• The e-ffwd stand with its exhibition in the middle of Semiconductor Hall C5
• Workshops, talks and pitches in the e-ffwd Forum
• The electronica Fast Forward Award
13
The exhibition and award categories are based on electronica’s key topics The e-ffwd Sponsor’s Challenge is a NEW initiative for 2018 It will start about 6 months before the event, giving participants the opportunity to implement their ideas using hardware supplied by the sponsor
Get involved! As an exhibitor, interested visitor and future business partner, business angel or sponsor You can find further information about electronica Fast Forward and the available sponsoring packages at: electronica.de/en/e-ffwd
