Attract more students through significant improvement in degree completion rate without compromising quality.

Eradication of start date for research Ph.D. programmes. Thus admission forms for PhD programmes should be available all year round.

Provision of incentives for staff who publish in high impact journals to deepen research works carried out in our University

Central computation of results is most desirable and should be implemented.

Curriculum review should be done routinely to ensure that EKSU’s programmes meet the needs of the society

Introduction of compulsory annual seminar presentation for academic staff

on a monthly basis should be tied to annual

increment/promotion. Such should promote academic

excellence and as well enrich our academic culture as a University.

Re-structuring of students’ research projects to meet current needs of the society

Improvement/overhaul of laboratory equipment to state of the art level which should facilitate cutting edge research works
