A vital document to be submitted to the Chief of the Local Fire Service(CLFS), and expedite the processing of the Building Permit, Fire Safet!nspection Certificate and "ccupanc Permit#

$o ensure high reliabilit of the active and passive fire protectionappurtenances

$o help BFP personnel better appreciate and understand the fireprotection and life safet measures adopted on ever building#

$o be able to conduct more efficient regular annual inspection b theBFP personnel, %hich %ill result in an increase in the number ofbuildings inspected b the same number of fire safet inspectors#
