Article Influence Score (論文影響分值)：基於每篇論文來測度期刊的相對重要性。其計算方式為：特徵因數分值(Eignefactor)除以期刊所發表的論文標準化比值(所有期刊的論文總數為1)。論文影響分值的平均值為1.00，大於1.00表明期刊中每篇論文的影響力高於平均影響，小於1.00則表明期刊中每篇論文的影響力低於平均影響。

在正文內依引用文獻出現的順序，以加方括號的方式編號，來標明所引用的文獻

文末參考文獻( List of References)

在文末列出所引用文獻的各項詳細資料(如作者、篇名、期刊名、卷期、頁碼、年代等)

在正文內引用文獻的格式在文末列出引用文獻的各項書目資料(作者,篇名,期刊名,頁數等)

文獻一旦編號之後，往後引用相同文獻都需採用相同編號。

If you quote more than three lines from an outside source, you should indent the quoted material.

Neville comments that: It can sometimes be difficult, if not impossible, to avoid using

some of the author’s original words, particularly those that describe or label phenomena. However, you need to avoid copying out what the author said, word for word. Choose words that you feel give a true impression of the author’s original ideas or action [1].

若採用IEEE書目格式，有2項錯誤必須更正。1.刊名中的IEEE改放最前面2.部分刊名要改為IEEE規定的縮寫格式

Reference 欄位介紹(1) 先選擇輸入書目資料之資料型態(Type)

Journal、Book、 Proceeding 、Thesis、Pattern….

Author：作者 可輸入多位作者且一人一行 西文作者格式可為 ”Steven Jobs”或

” Jobs, Steven” Year：出版年(只輸入年代) Title：期刊文章名稱 Journal：期刊刊名 Volume：卷 Issue：期 Pages：起迄頁碼 Date：月、季等輸入在Date欄

Reference 欄位介紹(2)

Note：可輸入個人註記供日後檢索 URL

可輸入檔案路徑或網址 點選URL即可開啟該網頁

File Attachments 可以夾帶多種檔案格式(最多可45筆) 將檔案拖曳到這個欄位即可插入PDF、WORD等

Figure 只能插入一張圖表 將檔案拖曳到這個欄位即可插入圖表 輸入完畢將滑鼠移至Caption一欄，輸入圖片名稱即可。

先選擇輸入書目資料的類型，例如Book, Journal, Proceeding…

滑鼠移到要輸入的欄位點一下即可輸入資料。

插入引文編輯引文移除參數

插入引文

1.將游標移到要插入引用文獻的位置

2.點選EndNote X6

3.點選Insert Citation

1.輸入關鍵字搜尋要插入的文獻或直接點選文獻

2.點選Insert

1.若採用IEEE格式，並要插入多筆Citation，輸入完第一筆Citation之後，輸入”-”。

2.點選Insert Citation 插入第二筆Citation

選擇Insert in Bibliography Only只插入Reference, 不插入Citation

點選Insert Citation 插入第三筆Citation

1.輸入關鍵字搜尋要插入的文獻或直接點選文獻

2.點選Insert

完成插入多筆引文

完成插入參考文獻

點選Style可立即變更書目格式

點選Edit & Manage Citation(s)

編輯引文

點選要編輯的書目選擇Remove Citation可以刪除 Citation

在數字之後加入引用章節頁碼等附註

點選要編輯的書目選擇Edit Library Reference可回到EndNote修改書目

修改完書目按右上方裡面的小X

按Return To Word Processor回到Word畫面

按Update Citations and Bibliography更新剛剛修改的書目資料

移除參數

完成寫作後，建議移除參數，另存沒有參數的檔案繳交。操作步驟如下：1.Convert Citations and Bibliography2.Convert to Plain Text
