As delegate of the Heritage council of NSw (the Heritage Council). I have considered the abovesection 60 application. Pursuantto section 63 of the tleriiage Act 1g77the Heritage council informsthe applicant that approval is granted subject to the following conditions:

CONSERVATION2. Reconstruction of brickwork should be carried out using lime rnortar to match the
existing.
PROTECTTON OF SIGNIFICANT FABRIC
3. All work shall be carried out by suitably qualified tradespeople preferably with knowledgeand practical experience in conservation and repair of sinnilar heritage iterns.
4. Significant building fabric and elements are to be protected during the works frompotential damage. Protection systems must ensure historic fabric is not damaged orremoved.
ARCHAEOLOGY
If historical archaeological deposits are discovered during works, work mustimmediately cease in the affected area(s) and the Heritage Council of NSW must benotified. A suitably qualified and experienced archaeologist must be contacted to assessthe finds. ,Additional assessment and approval may be required prior to works continuingin the affected area(s) based on the nature of the discovery.
Should any Aboriginal objects be uncovered by the work, excavation or disturbance ofthe area is to stop immediately and the Office of Environment & Heritage {Enviroline 131
555) is to be notified in accordancewith Section 89Aof the iVafional Parks andWildlifeAct 1974 (NPW Act). Aboriginal objects in NSW are protected under the NPW Act. Unlessthe objects are subject to a valid Aboriginal Heritage lrnpact Permit, work must notrecommence until approval to do so has been provided by the Office of Environment &Heritage.
DURATION OF APPROVAL:
7. This approval shall be void if the activity to which it refers is not physically commencedwithin five years after the date of the approval or within the period of consent specifiedin any relevant developnnent consent granted under lhe Environmental Planning andAssessment Act 7979, whichever occurs first.
