Taiwanese artists, Huang Po-chih and Liu Han-chi have come together to create a time-and-space-crossing magical

dialogue inside a to-be-reconstructed old housing site. Imagine being in an empty house and walking along the steep

stairs toward the second floor attic, the pressing height ahead was once a fortress and playful haven for children that

lived here. The wonderful and innocent sense of nostalgia still lingers in the air. The anonymous and carefree graffiti

on the wall pulls the audience back into the old times to their curious childhood, when imagination ran wild. The

attic has three artwork installations, and upon entering, one feels like being shoved into a child’s uniform, and as

the body crunches down to go inside, the varying waves of current come gushing in

through the reconstructed fan, and the feeling is like having fallen into the imaginative

alternative space as seen in the movie, “Orz Boys”. The mobile device slowly twirls

and seems to be leading into the dark core of the planet or a deep sea duct. A beam

of light guides toward the inspection of the tracks left behind by time and also to the

exploration of the unknown world. The last room consists of numerous small red

airplanes that are circling inside the valley of memory piled together by mounts of

books. The repetitive mechanical movements resemble the struggle and rejection of

the space and confusion in judgment.
