The patented Derrick Flo-Line Primer maximizes the solids removal capabilities of drilling rigs by effectively

removing hydrated clays and large drilled cuttings. These solids have proven to be difficult to remove with any type

of vibratory motion, thus it is important to remove them before they reach the downstream shale shakers. This enables

the shakers to run finer screens, leading to lower dilution and operating costs. The Flo-Line Primer’s versatility in

removing a full size range of solids from drilling fluids makes it an asset to any drilling program. Two models are

available: Model 200 is capable of processing 900-1200 GPM, and the longer Model 258, with a redesigned discharge

chute to accommodate increased capacity, is capable of processing 1200-1500 GPM.

F e a t u r e s :

• The Pr ime r is pow ered by a rugged 1.5 hp dr ive motor forsuperior performance and durabil ity. Right or left hand

mounted drives are available.

• The Pr ime r ut ilizes a var iable speed conveyor system to

transport sol ids of f the m achine w ithout vibrat ion. This

enables precise control over sol ids co nveyance spe edas loading or pum p rates increase.

• The long- life (average running t ime: 250 hours) incl inedsynthetic co nveyor b elt is available in 5, 10, 20 a nd 3 0 m esh

(10 and 20 m esh size are mo st prevalent), allowing co ntrolover cutt ings’ dryness and conveyance capac ity.

• Four access doors , one loca ted on each s ide and two onthe bac k of the m achine, allow for easy clean out and

sim pl if ied belt replacem ent.

• Built in by- pass o ffers the ability to divert f luid directly tothe dow nstream shakers w hen the Prim er is not needed

to remo ve st icky clays and gum bo.

• Counter rotat ing brush effect ively cleans the belt without

adding any w ater to the system.
