巴航工业 2016 大中华区公务机运营商年会

EEOC 2016

巴西航空工业公司于 10 月12 日及 13 日在北京

召开 2016 大中华区公务机运营商年会。会议为

期两天， 邀请来自华龙航空、耀莱航空、东航公

务机、香港丽翔、澳门置地广场等公司的客户代表，

巴航工业客户支持与服务团队，供应商代表等近

百名嘉宾出席本届年会。

Embraer held the 2016 China Executive Jets

Operators Conference in Beijing on October

12 and 13. The two-day meeting invited over

60 guests including customer representatives

from Sino Jet, Sparkle Roll, China Eastern

Airlines Executive Air, HK Bellawings, Macau

Landmark, and etc. Representatives from

Embraer, as well as suppliers’ representatives,

also attended the meeting.

two aircraft were put on static display, while

工业近期在中国捷报频传：与新客户七彩云南

通用航空有限责任公司签订了两架飞鸿 300

的确认定单，用于该公司医疗救援、防控处突、

高端旅游等通航服务；同时，与去年的新客户多

彩贵州签订了 5 架 E190 飞机的新订单，以进

一步开拓西南地区的支线航空市场。

两年一届的珠海航展一向是飞机制造商们展示

技术和实力的舞台，而巴航工业则在这个大舞

台上吸引了世界的目光：带“龙”字喷涂的超大

型公务机世袭 1000、大型公务机莱格赛 650

以空间轩敞、优雅舒适的客舱赢得了客户和观

的高度赞誉，一举斩获“创新交易奖”。

the earth of Beijing. When the timely snowfall

promises a good harvest, Embraer has already

reaped the harvest of joy: new models, new

clients, new orders, and new look. In the cold

wind, Embraer has handed over a thriving

transcript.

As the world’s leading manufacturer of

commercial and executive jets, Embraer has

been embracing repeated triumphant news

in the recent past: logged a firm order of two

Phenom 300 with new customer Colorful

Yunnan General Aviation Co., Ltd., who plans

to use them for the company’s such navigation

services as medical rescue, prevention &

control and emergency handling, and high-

end tourism. This is built on the new order

of five E190 logged with the last year new

customer– the Colorful Guizhou Airlines, as an

effort to exploit the regional aviation market

of southwest China.

The biennial China International Aviation &

Aerospace Exhibition (Airshow China) is a

platform that aircraft manufacturers exhibit

their technology and strength on the big stage

of which Embraer has attracted sights of the

world: the ultra-large executive jet Lineage

1000E with sprayed character “dragon” on,

the large scale executive jet Legacy 650 have

won favor from clients and audience for their

spacious and gracefully comfortable passenger

cabins. And the E2 cockpit presented with

the cutting-edge VR technology and the

passenger cabin experience makes you feel

that everything is at arm’s length while you are

actually ten thousand miles high up in the air.

Excellent products are the foundation of

Embraer’s solid development and coupled

with remarkable customer support and

reached out further. The Executive Operators

Conference 2016 China convened in October

Presentation Ceremony held at the end of

September, Embraer was highly recognized

by the Judging Committee and won the

financing transaction on aircraft, the first ever

in China that used funds of Brazilian credit

institutions, a transaction that was completed

with joint efforts from Export-Import Bank of

China, Bohai Leasing Co., Ltd. and BNDES.

Embraer Signs Sales Agreement with Colorful Guizhou Airlines for up to Five E190s9 月 2 日 - 巴西航空工业公司今日宣布：巴航工业与多彩贵州航空公司签订

了一份五架 E190 喷气飞机销售协议，其中包括两架 E190 的确认定单和三架

E190 的购买权。该确认定单将计入巴航工业 2016 年第三季度的储备定单中。

按照当前的目录价格，如所有购买权均转为确认定单，该合同价值将达到 2.49

亿美元。两架 E190 飞机预计将于 2017 年完成交付。

2015 年 6 月，在第 51届巴黎国际航空航天展期间，多彩贵州航空公司与巴航

工业签署了一份七架 E190 喷气飞机确认定单，其中的四架已完成交付。

贵州产业投资（集团）有限责任公司董事长、多彩贵州航空公司董事长翟彦表示：

多彩贵州航空公司对巴航工业的产品及服务充满信心。“作为一家新成立的航

空公司及贵州第一家本土所有航空公司，多彩贵州航空需要性能优异的飞机与

多彩贵州航空公司成立于 2015 年 6 月，并在成立后的 216 天内即完成首飞，

多彩贵州已经在过去的八个月中先后开辟了贵阳往返于珠海、天津、南京等城

As of Dec 31, Embraer has logged 224 firm orders in China.

Of the total, 175 have been delivered.

September 2 - Embraer

announced today that

it has signed an agreement for up to

five E190s with Colorful Guizhou Airlines,

including two firm orders and three

purchase rights. The firm order will

be included in Embraer’s 2016 third-

quarter backlog. The contract has an

estimated value of USD 249 million at the

current list price, if all purchase rights

are exercised. The two aircraft will be

delivered in 2017.

Guizhou Airlines placed an order for

seven firm E190s, four of which have

already been delivered.

Zhai Yan, Chairman of Guizhou Industrial

Investment (Group) Co., L td and

Chairman of Colorful Guizhou Airlines,

said the company has built profound

confidence in Embraer’s products and

services. “As a newly-established and

the first locally-owned airline in Guizhou

province, Colorful Guizhou Airlines

needs mature aircraft and services to

guarantee our steady operation. Based

on the aircraft’s performance during

the past eight months, we are glad we

picked Embraer’s E190, an aircraft model

with good economy, unparalleled cabin

comfort, and high reliability, which has

enabled us to provide passengers with

a good travel experience. We hope that

the E190 fleet can help us build a sky

passageway inside and beyond Guizhou

province, and eventually contribute to

improving the connectivity of China’s

Southwest Region.”

唐学范表示：“购买这两架飞鸿 300 公务机是七彩云南通用航空与巴西航

空工业公司双方真诚合作的重大成果，也是双方互利共赢的良好开端。这两

架飞鸿 300 将广泛应用于医疗急救、抢险救灾等与民生紧密相关的通航服

务，也将满足个性化的旅游包机服务实现云南省内主要景区间环飞、串飞以

及大众化的公（商）务出行需求。我相信通过飞鸿 300 在七彩通航的运营，

将为我们进一步填补本土通航企业的空白，立足云南，开展多样化通航服务，

作为飞机产权共享计划、包机服务、企业飞行部门、机主驾驶员最受青睐的

轻型喷气公务机之一，飞鸿 300 已在 30 个国家成功运营。截至目前，该机

型的累计飞行时长超过 30 万小时。

September 2 - Embraer Executive Jets announced today that it signed a

firm order with Colorful Yunnan General Aviation Co., Ltd., for two light

Phenom 300 business jets. Both aircraft are scheduled to be delivered

by the end of this year.

Tang Xuefan, Chairman of Colorful Yunnan General Aviation and

President of Yunnan Airport Group, said purchasing two Phenom

300s is the beginning of a win-win journey for both sides. “These

Phenom 300s will be used in general aviation areas such as medical

rescue, disaster-relief work and so on. They will also play a vital role in

customized tourism and high-end leisure and business travel.

September 5 - The 4th China Air Finance

“Wan Hoo” Awards Presentation Ceremony

was held on 22 September during the 5th

China Air Finance Development (DFTP)

Summit. Among the features of the Awards

ceremony was Embraer’s partnership with

the Export-Import Bank of China, Bohai

Leasing Co., Ltd. and the Brazilian National

Development Bank (BNDES). This was the first

aircraft financing transaction in China that

used the Brazilian export credit institution’s

fund. This partnership won the “Innovative

Transaction Award” and was highly

commended by the Judging Committee.

November 1 – During the 11th China International Aviation & Aerospace

Exhibition, Embraer Commercial Aviation released its 2016-2035 Market

Outlook for the Chinese market, which forecasts that the region will

take delivery of 1,030 new jets in the 70 to 130+ seat segment over

the next 20 years (valued at USD 50 billion at list prices).

November 10 - During 3Q16, Embraer delivered 29 commercial jets

and 25 executive jets (13 light and 12 large); The Company’s firm order

backlog ended the quarter at US$ 21.4 billion versus US$ 21.9 billion in

2Q16; Revenues in 3Q16 grew 17.9% on a year-over-year basis to US$

1,514.3 million, driven by higher revenues in the Commercial Aviation and

Defense & Security segments; Consolidated gross margin in 3Q16 was

18.8%, an increase from the 17.5% registered in 3Q15.

October 31 - Embraer Executive Jets today unveiled a new version of its

Legacy 650 large business jet, the Legacy

650E. F eatur ing aut omat ion and

technology updates, the aircraft, which

already has exceptional operational

costs and the largest cabin in its

class, now carries an unprecedented

10- y ear or 10 ,000- f l ight hour

warranty, which is the longest in the

business jet industry. The entry into

service is scheduled for 2017.

December 14, 2016 – Embraer delivered today the first Legacy 450 mid-

light business jet assembled at its Melbourne plant. The aircraft was delivered

to an undisclosed U.S. customer, who currently owns a Phenom 300 light jet.

The assembly of this aircraft began with the inauguration of the

Melbourne assembly plant expansion, in June of this year.

The second Legacy 450 is already on the assembly line, and its delivery is

scheduled for the first quarter of 2017.

Melbourne. The Legacy 450 performed as

expected and all flight test procedures were

October 6 - Embraer and AerCap Holdings N.V. (“AerCap”) (NYSE: AER)

announced today the placement of the first E-Jets E2 by a lessor. AerCap is

placing three E190-E2s and two E195-E2s with Turkish carrier, Borajet. These

aircraft, on long term lease from AerCap’s order book with Embraer, will start

delivering in 2018. The announcement was made at the Istanbul Airshow.

for 24 E175 jets with United Airlines. This order represents a transfer of

24 E175 jets previously placed with Republic Airways Holdings (Republic),

currently in Embraer's backlog, which will be cancelled.

October 12 – Embraer held the 2016 China Executive Jets

Operators Conference in Beijing on October 12 and 13. The

two-day meeting invited over 60 guests including customer

representatives from Sino Jet, Sparkle Roll, China Eastern

Airlines Executive Air, HK Bellawings, Macau Landmark.

Representatives from Embraer, as well Embraer’s suppliers also

attended the meeting.

The two-day meeting focused on topics such as flight

operation, engineering technology, maintenance experiences

and spare parts of Embraer Executive Jets fleet in Greater

China, which include Phenom 100, Phenom 300, Legacy 500,

Legacy 600/650 and Lineage 1000/1000E). Embraer also

updated the audience on the latest development of its

executive jets business.

Siu Ying Yeung, COO of Embraer China, indicated

that models of Embraer executive jets in China

is broadening, and the fleet strength has

been on a steady rise too, leading to a

greater demands for the Company’s

customer support and service.

作为亚洲公务机管理领域的资深专家，巴尔默认为巴航工业的公务机具有独特的优势：“巴

巴尔默现任 TAG 航空飞机维修总监一职，公司目前帮客户托管的巴航工业飞机包括莱格

赛 600 和莱格赛 650。

说到巴航工业公务机，巴尔默说自己第一想到的即是极高的性价比；其次是沿承商用喷气

机的可靠性。

“看起来我们的客户对他们的莱格赛 600/650 都非常满意，因为这两款机型不仅符合他

们的身份，而且运行状况也十分良好。我们几乎没有收到过他们的投诉。”

巴尔默介绍说，相较于欧洲和北美市场而言，亚洲市场也具有自己的特点。“由于航程较长

等原因，我们的亚洲客户倾向于选择拥有更大客舱与更远航程的飞机。目前，TAG 航空亚

洲分部的发展重心是大型喷气机市场，”而相比较来说，由于地理原因，在欧洲，公务机通

常都是短途旅行人士乘坐。

巴航工业设计了宽敞的客舱恰好能满足亚洲市场的这一特殊需求，进而进一步提升了飞

机的性价比，这点非常值得认可。 “另外，巴航工业公务机不仅提供了宽敞的客舱空间，

还有大型的步入式行李舱，可供乘客在旅途中自由出入取用行李。”

然而，唯一有些遗憾的是，巴航工业的超远程飞机似乎对亚洲客户来说还飞得不够远。“一

些亚洲客户所寻觅喜欢超远程的喷气飞机，特别是能从亚洲直接飞往美国任何地区的喷

气飞机。我真心希望巴航工业能打造出符合这个市场期望的飞机产品。”

说到运营巴航工业莱格赛 650，东航公务机可谓是元老：不仅是国内最早运营莱格赛

650 的公司，还拥有国内最大的莱格赛 650 机队。

2014 年，在托管基础上，东航公务机大力开发了包机市场，自营了两架莱格赛 650，开展

包机服务。如今，东航公务机已经形成以托管为主业，包机、地面代理服务、维修、飞行支

援、航务代理等一系列综合化的服务体系。

从 2015 年下半年开始，公司自营的两架莱格赛 650 小时数大幅度提高，平均每架飞机

每年可达到 200 飞行小时；而 2016 年，运营业绩进一步突飞猛进：仅仅前九个月，莱格

赛 650 的飞行小时数已经达到 300 小时。

分析起公司经营成功的原因，胡志斌总结为两个方面：“第一，公司的项目比较多元化，适

应的市场也比较多元；第二，莱格赛 650 在可靠性、舒适度上深受客户的赞誉，尤其值得

一提的是行李舱面积很大，便于携带行李和出国购物，非常符合中国客户的需求。”

从消费群里来看，东航公务机的客户中，年轻人群体在逐渐扩大，尤其是“85 后”消费者，

往往以家庭为单位出行。出行的路线则多种多样，多是根据客户个性化的选择定制。而在

诸多目的地当中，东南亚地区是客人比较青睐、经常出行的地方。

说到当前中国的公务机市场，胡志斌认为公务机市场会逐渐恢复；然而要迎接快速的发

展，还有一些基础设施方面的不足需要尽快改进。“我们在北京、上海都遇到了时刻、停

机位比较紧张的情况，这两个问题也是影响将来公务机发展的瓶颈；另外在大的繁忙机场，

FBO 还是比较少，设施设备的便捷性也要提高。”

As an industry veteran in executive jets management area in Asia, Balmer finds the

Embraer jets with unique advantages: “The experiences Embraer has accumulated

from commercial jets definitely translate to executive jets, which means Embraer

executive jets are very reliable.”

TAG Aviation, where Balmer serves as director of maintenance, currently manages

Legacy 600 and Legacy 650 from across Asia.

Speaking of Embraer executive jets, Phil says two things pop into his mind: first, the

value; second, the reliability that they inherited from commercial jets.

“Our clients seem to be very happy with their aircraft, as Legacy 600/650 suit their

profile and perform well. We have very few complaints.”

Compared with European and North American markets, Asian market has its own

trait. “In Asia, because of the length of the legs, our customers tend to get larger

cabin and further range. TAG Asia is looking majorly into the large-jet market, which

is also our primary market, because that’s what our customers normally use,” Balmer

says, adding that in Europe, business jets are usually used for short legs, due to the

geographic reasons.

To meet this special demand, it is good for Embraer to have large cabin for good

value, Balmer says. “It offers spacious room in the cabin and also large walk-in

baggage room.”

China Eastern Airlines Executive Air (CEAEA) is the veteran in terms of operating the

Embraer Legacy 650 in China: while it is not only the first company to operate Legacy

650, it owns the biggest Legacy 650 fleet in China, meaning lots of experience gained

with flying the het.

In 2014, building on its aircraft management business, CEAEA started to explore the

aircraft chartering market. This business started with two owned Legacy 650sSo far,

CEAEA has formed a service system that focuses mainly on aircraft management,

covering a series of comprehensive services including chartering, ground services,

maintenance, flight support, as well as other services.

Since the second half of 2015, the flight hours of the two Legacy 650s have been

increasing rapidly, with each aircraft operating an average of 200 flight hours every

year. In 2016, the company went even further: In just the the first nine months of the

year, the company had seen accumulated 300 flight hours for each aircraft!

Hu Zhibin attributed the company’s success to two factors: first, the company’s

diversified projects make it possible to accommodate a diversified market; second,

Legacy 650 is well-recognized for its reliability and level of comfort. A notable feature

of the aircraft is its spacious luggage cabin compartment, which is suits the typical

Chinese traveller very well as they tend travel with a lot luggage on top of shopping

alot when travelling overseas.

看起来我们的客户对他们的莱格赛600/650都非常满意，因为这两款机型不仅符合他们的身份，而且运行状况也

十分良好。我们几乎没有收到过他们的投诉。

莱格赛650在可靠性、舒适度上深受客户的赞誉，尤其值得一提的是行李舱面积很大，便于携带行李和出国购

物，非常符合中国客户的需求。

华龙航空可谓是巴航工业公务机运营商中的后起之秀：2015 年 5 月份，公司的莱格赛

650 开始初始运营，而今莱格赛 650 的机队规模已经扩大到 5 架，运营的时间一年约

400 小时。对此，苏有生评价道：“巴航工业的技术支持很到位，对我们的反馈也会认真考虑，

这也进一步降低了我们的运行成本。”

苏有生提到通过一个小的案例，就可以看出巴航工业在客户支持与服务方面的不懈努力：

因为客户集中反映风扇冷却空气活门（Fan valve）的问题 , 巴航工业对此非常重视，两

年更新了五次。“这对于航材来说简直是不可思议的速度。”

华龙航空目前运营 30 架飞机，北京10 架，厦门 20 架；其中 4 架为自有，其他的为客户托管。

与兄弟公司中国企业家飞行俱乐部相配合，华龙策划了“十年飞行商学院”，目标是让学员

们在十年飞遍全世界，甚至包括如南极北极探险的极限游。

“从客户需求看，莱格赛 650 目前飞国际多一些；而从出行目的看，客户们倾向于将旅行

和商务相结合，”苏有生补充道。

说到 EEOC，苏有生评价很高：“EEOC 向客户及时介绍了公司的最新情况，让客户了解

到巴航工业不同机型的进展；同时创造了一个平台让客户与巴航工业的客户支援团队，以

及巴航工业总部的人员直接交流沟通。在此过程中，我们也可以对别的客户发现的问题引

以为鉴，防微杜渐。”

贾祥钊算是巴航工业的老朋友了：在过去的几年里，他既接触过巴航工业商用机维修，也

与公务机打过交道。比较这两份客户群体截然不同的工作，贾祥钊认为：商用飞机客户更

关心飞行的可靠性和运营成本；而公务机客户更关心性能、内饰以及飞机的舒适性。

“跟支援团队合作已经超过八年，在应急反应速度上，巴航工业比其他的制造商快很多，

售后支援也非常及时；同时，亚洲的航材支援中心设在北京，对于中国的客户来说非常方便，

往往晚上 12 点联系，早上 6 点就能拿到备件。”

根据贾祥钊多年的观察，巴航工业公务机越来越成熟：“巴航工业最早做商用飞机，并不

需要太强调内饰需求；但是公务航空非常看中内饰；如今巴航工业的飞机尤其是莱格赛

650 和世袭 1000E，在客舱内饰方面有很大的改进，飞机性能也有很大提高。”

然而，中国的公务机市场相比欧美发达国家，仍处于起步阶段。贾祥钊举例说，在发达的市场，

通航首先发展，飞行员往往一专多能，可以覆盖很多工作，如制定飞行计划、航路计划等；

而后随着商用航空的兴起，对人员分工的要求也逐渐提高。但是在中国，商用航空首先发展，

然后才是通用航空；因而通航方面沿用了商用航空的传统，人员分工比较细，这也一定程

度上增加了运营成本。

最后，贾祥钊提到，巴航工业的一些客户支持与服务的产品如 EEC 对于飞机的保值增值

服务非常重要 , 但是很多客户了解不多，巴航工业应该大力推荐。

SINO JET is a rising star among Embraer’s executive jets operators: the company

began its Legacy 650 operation in May 2015, and now has expanded its Legacy

650 fleet to 5 aircraft, with about 400 operating hours each year. Su Yousheng

commented that, “Embraer has very comprehensive customer services and support,

and we appreciate the company’s great attention to our feedback, which helps us

manage and reduce our operation costs.”

Su Yousheng mentioned that even “from a small case,Embraer’s persistent efforts in

customer support and service is evident: When many clients complained about a fan

valve problem, Embraer paid a great attention to addressing and resolving the issue..

The part has been renewed just five times in two years. “Their speed of response in

dealing with a situation is simply incredible in this industry.”

SINO JET currently operate 30 aircraft - 10 in Beijing, and 20 in Xiamen. Of the 30

aircraft, 4 are self-owned, the rest are for management.

In partnership with Geostar Chinese Entrepreneurs Flying Club, the group has planned

a “Ten-Year Global Flying Business School,” aiming to fly members around the world in

ten years, even including destinations with extreme environments, such as Antarctica

and the Arctic.

“Due to customer demands, the Legacy 650 is flying more international flights and

the purpose of these trips are a combination of business and leisure. ” Su Yousheng

added.

Speaking highly of EEOC, Su Yousheng added: “EEOC briefs company’s updates to

clients in a timely manner, enabling clients to learn about Embraer’s aircraft.

Jia Xiangzhao is an old friend of Embraer. Over the past few years, he has been

involved in the maintenance of both Embraer commercial jets and executive jets.

Comparing the demands from the two distinct jobs, Jia Xiangzhao notes that while

the commercial jets customers cares more about flight reliability and operation cost,

executive jets customers are more demanding on interior designs and the cabin

comfort.

“I have worked with Embraer’s customer services and support team for over eight

years. In terms of emergency response speed, Embraer is much faster than other

manufacturers, and its customer services and support is very timely. Meanwhile,

the establishment of the spare parts warehouse in Beijing is very convenient for

customers. Sometimes, we contact the center at midnight, and we get the parts at 6

am in the morning.”

According to Jia Xiangzhao’s observation, Embraer’s executive jets are growing more

and more mature: “Embraer started with commercial jets, so it didn’t emphasize

the interior designs at the very beginning; but when it enters the area of executive

jets, it has put a greater focus on the interior design and aesthetics. .Now Embraer

executive jets, especially the Legacy 650 and Lineage 1000E have made prodigious

improvement on interior, as well as enhancement in aircraft performances.”

However, compared with developed countries in Europe and America, Chinese

executive jets market is still in its infancy. In China, general aviation inherited the

traditional commercial aviation with elaborate labor division, which increased the

operation cost.

650 和世袭 1000 停场飞机支持服务。作为天津宜捷海特的总经理，Paul 表示希望能在

今年年底前，实现飞鸿 100 和飞鸿 300 的支持服务，而莱格赛 500 的支持服务即将在

不久后推出。

谈及客户服务与支持，保罗认为，建立 MRO 与 OEM 间稳定关系的关键就在于沟通。“自

公司成立以来，我们总能获得巴航工业各个层面给予的坚定支持。我们还发现，巴航工业

的整个团队非常开放、诚信，而且也十分乐于完成一切所需工作，目的就是为了给 MRO

和最终用户提供积极且有力的支持。”

保罗表示，在亚洲的日常工作中，零部件的采购、运输和接收工作都可能面临诸多挑战，而

中国面临的挑战则会稍有不同。“我们的零部件部门与巴航工业当地的零部件团队保持着

密切的联系，而他们也总能齐心协力地满足 MRO 的各项需求。无论是规划大量基地维护

工作所需的材料，还是为停场飞机提供紧急支援，当地零部件团队总能和区域维修代表团

队一道为我们提供一切必要资源，以确保能够在有限时间内完成工作 , 达到预定计划，”

保罗表示。

保罗认为喷气公务机用户大会（EEOC）大有裨益。“在我看来，EEOC 不仅为我们 MRO

提供了获取知识、共享知识的独特机会，同时也加强了巴航工业员工与运营商之间的关系。

北京山太成立于 2013 年，与北京 FBO 独家合作，签订了 20 年的合作协议，从事航线勤

务、维修、定检和 AOG 排故等服务，已获得 CAAC 以及 FAA 的 145 维修许可及港澳

的 JMM 许可。“北京山太作为巴航工业的授权服务中心，非常认可巴航工业的售后服务，

在航材订购、技术支援、客户关系等方面，我们都与巴航工业有广泛合作，”林忠松说道。

相比于兄弟公司，林忠松认为北京山太有一些难以替代的优势：承诺 30 分钟到达维修现场、

保证专人专机服务等。“每一架飞机都是一个专人负责，这样可以最大可能地满足客户的

需求，避免信息不对称。”

北京山太还提供独特的交钥匙服务：公务机落地以后，由于机位紧张，飞行员往往要等待

很长时间；这种情况下可以把飞机钥匙交给北京山太，由山太工作人员来拖飞机、给飞机

断电，而飞行员就不必再等待。这也是山太在国内的首创。

因为与首都机场合作，山太获得了在首都机场的长期工作许可证件，由此免除了进出机场

办理临时证件的费用，长期下来，可以为客户节约很大成本。据林忠松介绍，北京山太去

年的业务比前年增长 480%，而今年也几乎保持了同样的增长速度。

现在来看，巴航工业的服务是最好的，这是一个团队的文化，跟我们一起上飞机一起做工作，

非常敬业。

为了进一步开展深度维修，北京山太在规划两个机库，最早预计在 2017 年投入使用。

ExecuJet Haite Aviation Services China provides regional line maintenance, extensive base

maintenance in Tianjin as well as AOG support throughout Greater China on both the

Legacy 650 and Lineage 1000. As General Manager of ExecuJet Haite, Desgrosseilliers said

he looks forward to supporting the Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 towards the end of

this year with the Legacy 500 to follow shortly thereafter.

Speaking of the customer services and support, Desgrosseilliers said communication

is the key to building a solid MRO and OEM relationship. “Since the inception of our

company, we have found nothing but unwavering support from all levels within Embraer.

We have found the entire team to be open, honest, and willing to do what needs to be

done in support of our MRO and the end user.”

In daily work, the logistics of sourcing, shipping, and receiving of parts can present many

challenges in Asia, and China provides its own set of unique challenges, Desgrosseilliers

said. “Our parts department is in constant contact with the local Embraer parts team as

they work together to continually meet the needs of the MRO. Whether it’s planning the

all the material needed for extensive base maintenance, or in immediate support of an

AOG event, the local parts team, along with the FSR’s, gives us all the necessary resources

needed to ensure the aircraft meets its demanding schedule,” Desgrosseilliers said.

Desgrosseilliers said he finds EEOC very useful. “I believe the EEOC gives us the unique

opportunity as a MRO to share and acquire knowledge while at the same time strengthen

the relationships with both Embraer employees and the operators. It allows us the chance

to demonstrate our shared commitment with Embraer in providing industry leading

support to the customer.”

Established in 2013, Staeco (Beijing) Biz Jet Maintenance Co., Ltd. (Staeco Beijing),

partners exclusively with Beijing FBO and signed a twenty-year cooperative

agreement, engaging in services including airline services, maintenance, regular

checkup and AOG troubleshooting. The company also has acquired CAAC and FAA’s

145 maintenance permits and Hong Kong and Macao’s JMM permit. “Staeco Beijing,

as Embraer’s authorized service center, recognizes Embraer’s customer services and

support. We have extensive collaboration with Embraer, in areas such as spare parts,

technical support, customer relations and more,” said Lin.

Compared with other companies, Lin thinks that Staeco Beijing has various

irreplaceable advantages: the commitment of arriving at the site within 30 minutes,

and the guarantee of designated personnel for private aircraft service. “Each aircraft

has a dedicated staff assigned to it, so that customer’s demand can be met to the

greatest extent.”

Staeco Beijing also offers unique turnkey service: after the executive jet lands, pilots

usually need to wait for a long time due to lack of parking space. “Now pilots can turn

their key to Staeco Beijing andour staff tow the plane and cut the power so that the

pilots do not have to wait. We are the first to do this here in China.

Thanks to cooperation with Capital Airport, Staeco Beijing has obtained long term

work permit, thus the fee for applying for temporary permits can be exempted. In

the long run, it can save a huge sum of cost for customers. “Staeco Beijing’s business

last year increased 480% year-on-year, while this year is seeing almost the same

growth rate.”
