    Our new Gammatec represents the latest generation of

    compact cutting systems with high precision plasma, the

    advanced Katana control and SmartLift technology. The

    machine has been designed as an all-in-one solution for

    automated cutting processes in all areas of precision

    plasma cutting applications. Based upon many years of

    experience within the cutting industry, the team of KOIKE

    has designed a new line of machine classes. The

    Gammatec is the result of in-depth know how ofmechanical and electrical design, improved interaction

    of all components and consideration of customers

    High accuracy with high precisionplasma

    The Gammatec is a flat bed high speed cutting machine

    which is delivered in different sizes and is equipped with

    various high precision plasma systems according to

    customer requirements. This high productivity system

    can achieve high quality cuts up to 30 mm thickness. The

    correct cutting height is ensured by arc voltage control.

    The light structure of the rigid and stable aluminum

    gantry construction allows for positioning and cutting

    speeds up to 30,000 mm/min. High positioningaccuracy and cutting precision are ensured by the double

    rack and pinion drive with brushless AC motors. The

    integrated downdraft cutting table is provided with an

    optional extraction and filter system.

    Compared to traditional installation methods, KOIKE

    Engineering delivers a compact system with integrated

    table, intelligent design and construction that reduces

    installation time to a minimum. The rigid construction

    together with high productivity delivers a machine that

    meets customer production requirements but minimizes

    space usage.

    Built to work with Windows Touch technology,

    supporting multi-window viewing on a 15" touch panel

    for superb multi-tasking efficiency while featuring an

    intuitive interface. Operators do not have to know how to

    use a computer, but simply touch the monitor to make

    their choices. No keyboard is required, saving valuable

    space. The KATANA Touch Screens are made for users

    who require excellent performance along with the latest

    technology available. The multi-touch display lets you

    rotate and zoom images, flip pages, pinch, and draw on

    the screen with simple hand gestures. The KATANA

    Control is a networkable numerical control for all cutting

    processes like Plasma, Gas, Waterjet, Laser and other

    cutting devices. The hardware is designed to work in

    rough industrial environments. The Software is modular

    and flexible structured for easy implementation of new

    functions.

    ArcWriter

    The Hypertherm ArcWriter is a dual gas, variable output

    power, plasma marking, scoring and punching system

    designed to leave temporary or permanent identification

    marks on metal surfaces.

    Pneumatic Drill-marking Unit

    Whenever the application demands drilling, here's the

    answer. The KOIKE drill-marking unit provides the means

    to accurately mark the spots where, once the cutting

    process has been finished, holes can be drilled.

    Pneumatically driven, this unit can be used without the

    need of any electrical wiring.

    Ink Jet Marker (7 dots)

    With the Koike Ink Jet marker letters and symbols can be

    printed on the plate with speeds up to 24,000 mm per

    minute. All printed matter consists of dots. The dots can

    be condensed to create "fat" font types for additional

    visibility, but also normal fonts and symblos can be

    printed at 27 mm height.

    Aerotec Filter System

    The Aerotec Filter is an extracion and filter unit, equipped

    with electrical-motor, fan and multiple filter cartridges,

    suitable for continuous filtration of air contaminated by

    dust, powders and fumes. The filter unit is provided with

    flanged intake and exhaust openings to be connected to

    the exhaust piping system.
